Yea I ran that from Barney’s. I had a bad experience with germ rates from Barney’s beans so I stayed away for years. Decided to give em another run last year and I was impressed. Ran cookies kush. Critical lush and glookies. That glookies was my fave doe.

That was a single seed I got as a freebie from the tude a long time ago..Barneys farm.Found it stuffed down in a pill bottle.. And honestly ide been done with Barney gear for good but popped that single seed last year...why not I figured..Well shit...It's now one of my best cuts...go figure..If you look back in my journal you can see the original plant and also the weirdest pheno thread...It was a plant that had plants growing out of the leaf stems...Clones don't do that but she's a special girl

Just yesterday put her in the mini chuck tent..She's getting some cherry Kool aid dust...And believe me..He's a STUD..Best plant out of the pack..minus three beans which are seedlings right now! Also have that cut crossed to Exotic genetixs Runtz Buttonz and Kir Royale....But I think that Cherry Kool will give her what she needs..I'll send ya some if ya like @Frimpong

Barneys is so hit and miss man...Almost like no grey area. Either solid ass fire or the biggest nut sack party you ever encountered ?

You're missing the point. I've had nothing but good luck and same w others . Results may vary remember that . Soo many people told me to stay away from Flapjacks and it was Herm city. And I'm thinking of myself. How the hell does this guy know cuz someone else told him? I stopped listening to people a long time ago when it comes to stuff like that I'd rather find out on my own. And I'm glad I did. That's my best cut. Honestly, I pop hundreds and hundreds of seeds every year. You're going to have issues everywhere, their plants. I've had trouble with plants from several breeders but it's commonplace now with all these polyhybrids unfortunately. And I hope I don't sound douchey lol ? just an honest opinion

Appreciate that man..Never even took to mind that ppl really take to heart what ide say..I'm just here doing what I love to do and being here has turned my grow game around 100%. I definitely put more effort in since joining....Thanks for bringing that to my attention... really appreciate it?

I know right. That’s why I don’t run expensive ass beans no more. It’s a roll of the dice every time. Plus there is fucking fire available from the kind and generous heads here at pH. Why look elsewhere? Some of my best cuts have been from cheap/free packs.

The best seeds that I've gotten have been gifted to me by friends for free. I ran into an old buddy from our little town and asked him about genetics etc. People around here have been growing since the 80's and been collecting genetics since the game started. If you googly Williams, oregon you'll see the history of this place. He told me that he can get a lot of dank clones atm and told me of a cross he made. He had a rare g13 clone that smells just like burnt rubber that he reversed onto a og kush. Then hunted through those beans and picked his special lady and made s1's. He said it's the most obnoxious burnt rubber smell you can imagine. I told him that I'd certainly be interested in those and whatever other clones he can round up for me. Some burnt rubber g13 to play with. I do like that smoke, I've had it before in a slightly watered down version.
Then I'm also meeting with another local who's mother walks with the land owner here. He's been making seeds for a long time so gonna see what he has. Hit up 7th Day Seeds any time for some free seeds y'all.

My opinion on seeds these days is...well TONS of choices as to where you choose to send your money.. anything is a available and fairly easy to get. I'm my opinion the smaller guys in the seed game still have that insane PASSION and DRIVE to exceed the bigger well known breeders...They are working double time to bring out the absolute best! Price of seeds play no factor to me...If I want them I get them..Some of my best plants have dropped out of a $10 KC Brains pack..But for the most part I'm always going to stick with the guys that I feel still have that passion and desire to really stand out with solid fire ass genetics ?

Absolutely. Let me buy the $300 packs and fish through them for the heat ?. That was the whole reason I started making beans .

I haven't been doing this very long at all by comparison, but my gut, brain, and nose are generally what I follow. My gut is like "OK, this strain has these parents, and I feel like that's gonna be a winner" and my brain is used in looking up what the parents are so I get an idea, and then my nose does the rest when it's not training for the olympics like the last two weeks (It's been running, a lot....Made a joke it's training ) and once I sniff one I know if I want it or not. Bonus points if my nose, tongue, or eyes tingle smelling it.
