I advanced my test nug of the greases peices into this little container to retard the drying process I'm trying not to loose the smell she had while growing I put them into the drying rack until dry enough to trim then into these containers to slow the drying but not damp enough to promote that mexican brick weed smell from here it goes into jars getting burped until things get where I like it 20201006_153151.jpg 20201006_153242.jpg

I am looking for a nice thai pepper to add in next spring. Any suggestions or specific type that you found to turn out well?
Baker creek has an heirloom thai as well & they're just starting to produce I love thai as well Il post pics tomorrow better flavor than the tabasco & pretty close in size & heat flavor slightly better just not as productive but I'm gonna get my issue of the thai if I have to run 10 plants to do it burpee has a good long skinny thai that was pretty good but I prefer baker creek

In all the chaos this year I managed to pick up a "lemon drop" pepper which to me has the shape of a thai pepper it's just yellow. It's flavor is apparently different in comparison to the jalapenos and habanero I have grown in the past. I am definitely going to try a few more in the future.

my brother grew thai peppers a few years ago and used em in salsas and gaucamole. holy shit are those little bastards spicy!
I love both these little peppers you bite one & you get the fiery explosion & it's gone where the larger peppers like ghost , habanero & carolina reapers can be overwhelming these aren't & if you want a tad bit more heat you just pop another one
