How do i get rid of chat banner at bottom of the page?

not sure when it started but everytime I'm on my phone on this site I get a little pop up window at bottom of the page showing recent comments and the word chat[5]. There is a toggle button next to it but says I'm not authorized to switch it on or off.

How do I remove the bottom pop up?

I will look into this. I haven't seen anything so far that would prevent you from toggling it off with the switch. I did "shrink" the chat for mobile so it would fit better. Will keep you guys posted. Thank you for the feedback.

Try this for now if you can please, before I go digging:



On mobile, it will be the left side bar for these menu options. Click on the Chat.


click on the gears for settings. then tick the disable chat box.

If this doesn't work then hit me back.

I dont have gears ? People are where the gears are on you screen

hmmmm I will check into this. May be admin settings, but I think you should have some gears for some settings at least.

No gears on my andriod page looks like a normal website no mobile version
