These are my old Big Bud cutting from September of 2004. I tried hard to give cuttings to a buddy in California but he also complained about it being weak and polluting the gene pool in California. Two totally different monsters.
I have had this labeled as "The one that got away" until I found out that it still exists. I have a cash reward for its capture.

Baby drunken slug came through my living soil like a teenager with a chainsaw on my seedlings last night. I lost most of my Stomper OG and Romulan seedlings! I only have two of each now.
I sprinkled table salt on that bitch. I have a pit in my stomach now.

Trimmed a handfull of leaves.

Serrations on both are not dense (not a lot per blade) or very deep. They do have a hook to them and go to a sharp point.
NS2 x gs has a number of 3 and 4 blade leaves as well as a 2 blader.

Im having better luck with the ns1 than the ns2 it seems. Granted I am in the process of learning/switching to hydro. How do you keep this algae down? Block the light?

Confirmed 2 males both the ns1 and ns2 x gs. Will let them ride in the "back row" for a bit. The ns1 looks very similar to the female I have thats the same age but a couple weeks ahead in flower.

OK, so yesterday we swung back to the side of good news. Gas from Swami sent me a cut of his NL 5 BX Mom "A". This is Northern Lights #5 (old Eugene cut) x (1988 Northern Lights #5 x Haze). She came with the warning to use big pots as she tends to get very large.

I suppose that I didn't imagine as much of a problem with the clones I grabbed from a local buddy's really sick plants as really played out. I began losing the Phinest Meatbreath and immediately contacted another local grower and ask that he take half of everything and try his hand too. In the end, I think that he is really close to losing them all and I lost all except MAYBE the Lava Cake.
Unfortunately, with the delays in ordering and shipping these days, hormones and media did not arrive in time for me to try tissue culture.
