I know I'm back tracking here a bit but it's funny you should mention this, cause it's been on my mind. A ton of these super trendy strains these days, like the Gelato and the WiFi, seem to lend themselves to rock hard thumb size buds, which I can see the appeal for a commercial grower. Dry, tumble trim and drop em in a jar at the dispo... everything is fairly uniform, but it really has skewed the image casual tokers have of what weed can look like!

I had trouble, in the beginning, spotting the diff. between a BloodySour and a conventional SourTangie.
After a couple of selection generations, they are strikingly different.
Bloody Sour

X ( brushed on the same) Crockett SourTangie reg. Female
Those seeds came from the same Crockett SourTangie Female. Selected for smell and leaf width.
Perhaps coincidence, but all Blood offsring came up grapenuts-macro-calyx.
All the in-line SourTangie is Harry like a Henderson.
I have harvested that puffed our hairy Sour before. I thought it was the heat of summer fluffing them out.
Those Bloods are mean looking, and they may burn a lil better in a paper. Fines, and dusty stuff pulls hard and runs faster.
One way to find out.
I have a plan for that. ?

Is a smoked meat stick,
Preferable over a fat pot-roast ?
What is the consensus here ?
Is this a quantity over quality trade off ? ,, I am looking at these gnarly little bastids and I am wondering how they will weigh up to the hairy stuff
Never really been cognizant of this facet before.
Would someone, please, be kind enough to tell me : what I am talking about?

I need cheaters to see anything that small, even then I usually don't know what I am looking at.
I could hum and haw for a week and still not know.
I completely gave up.

Sometimes I think plants are sent to grow that way in a crowd, that is why I don't mind seeing a little floor. (Airflow too).

Cut out the noise. Variety over any one quality other than quality, whats the difference between good better and best when your standards ar high, good is good enough. Sometimes my thumbs need a break and I don't like using a grinder.

Man Jewels, that twinkle tarts looks delicious. You are getting me all excited. I just planted mine out in a 150 gal bag for a full fledged tree. I am looking forward to the smoke report. Good luck and best wishes for the new arrival. Sleep will be dear lol i know it is here.

My Dad removed ( strangle hazard) spires from the corner posts in the 70's.
I stripped (lead aklyd?) back to wood, in the late 90's.
I am the fourth oldest of my siblings, yet I gave the first Granchild,,, imagine that ?
Snagged that crib from the homestead and never returned it.
Very valuable~ if only to me.
If it is my inheritance, I am okay with that.
I got street legal Cigars for evr'one of my Canuk bros,,,
And a virtual one for the rest of ya'
