So the whole time I had misremembered. I had 8 79xmasxpck and 4 hsxbdmo....
The 79xmas x pck were unremarkable, standard indica profile.
The Hs x Bdmo have some potential.
Probably took em abit early but I really really need the space.

Something about that 12 pack of colas pic I just love. And every one of those close up buds looks killer. Nice work LG!

I appreciate everyone who's been watching the thread!
Going big in the veggie garden this year... started about a month too early, since I'm at 45N and weather had been unpredictable, but I was getting antsy.
Hoping nothing gets too rootbound before I can plant it in the ground.
Also started some stuff that traditionally is direct sow. Corn and onions. So have to see how that works.

Real close to done imo. Usually don't use a scope to check, I just pull em when they seem done.
Big phenotypic variation here and probably a week or two difference in flowering time. 9-11 week I'm guessing.

Mostly fruit and gas. Nice stinkers 20240415_204523.jpg 20240415_204527.jpg 20240415_204535.jpg 20240415_204538.jpg 20240415_204543.jpg 20240415_204547.jpg 20240415_204552.jpg 20240415_204555.jpg 20240415_204559.jpg 20240415_204603.jpg

Dl fem seeds in the making. Maybe a week or two in. Maybe more? Idk.
These 6 were selected from 24. These have some stability issues, but these 6 were the only ones without any male preflowers.
I was vigilant and checked them at every node to find just these 6 that seem stable. Made fems with the female that reversed the best (fully turned, the whole plant) out of 3 I think. Idk if that was counterintuitive since that was the one that reversed the easiest, but it made some sense at the time that it fully turned instead of having female flowers mixed in so I should use it... should be fine.
It will be interesting to see how these fade. Selection from cuts of the same that are in the full tent shown above plus 8 more. So I wonder which of the four categories of color will be represented here for the next gen of Dl! 20240415_205430.jpg 20240415_205341.jpg

These hit a turning point which is great. I was thinking these weren't going to be as fast as advertised. This 8-9 weeks narrow leaf type hybrid chuck, Jtr x C99.
That said they started ripening quick all of a sudden. Probably in the home stretch here... the purple one has a bit of stink to it. The middle 5 are Jtr x C99, light profile but nice smells.i think that tracks with Jtr and C99 (but some talk about strong fruit c99 from peak seeds back in the day). Out of the middle 6 all of them but not the top left one.

I want all head high no stone, so I'd rather pull early than late.

Well, with a month or so left being inside (at 45N) I have to uppot these 36. 36 fits well but snug in a 3x3.
I'll have another area of stuff to transplant in a couple weeks unless I can slow it under lower watt lights. I went abit overboard with 300 w in the tent for veggie plants lolol.
Notes for next year: start slightly later, less light, bigger bags.
The Royal-V shown auto flowered last time, if any do this round they will go outside. They all probably will go outside anyways...
Finally, here are 21 narrow leaf sativa type seedlings in party cups. These will be the only plants I run inside over the summer. Instead of tiny half gallon pots, I think I'll be doing 3 gallons and letting em go as long as they need all summer. Bangi Haze, some chucks hit with Lemon Thai, among others. Real excited for these. On the lookout for a couple nice males too. 20240421_092420.jpg 20240421_092739.jpg 20240421_092743.jpg
