Thats unfortunate. I had been eyeing these for a minute now and your major overhaul had me sold, now Im second guessing. As reference I had 2" section of missed stitching in the lower back right corner of a Secret Jardin tent, and ledgrowlightsdepot offered full refund with free return shipping OR 20% off refunded. I took the 20% refund, slapped some Gorilla Tape on it and called it done, but at the zipper... Too critical. Itll be interesting to see how they offer to take care of you.

Well the customer service is pretty good they are sending me a tent cover 2 day shipping so that’s not bad I was kinda hoping they where gonna send me a whole tent and I’d fix the one I have and just have 2 5x5’s lol but this should work I think I’m just gonna fox my tent and save the new one until mine is really messed up

Ya well see the original plan was my whole room was going to be just a single veg and flower room well than I decided I wanted to have a harvest every 4 weeks so plans changed
