Yo, Meat !

Stopping by to bring you a bedtime story.

The kids and I are entertaining ourselves by playing an impromptu Pictionary type game. The girls were taking turns naming cartoon characters and then we would all have a laugh at each other's drawings. We went through all the regular Mickey Mouse and Gumby stuff and then things got a little weird,,,
As per the rules (that were made up as we went) each participant was required to draw the character- even if they didn't know what it was.

My oldest daughter pulled off a lovely Beavis and Butthead, from memory.

My youngest daughter, she is 10.
Although she had no idea who the characters were , she did end up winning that round with this,,,

Couldn't help but think of you.
Happy New Year , Beefus.

You can do pretty much any other shit you want, @Jewels , and you will still be top ranked in my book. Anybody who has that kind of a relationship with his kids is a fine man. Not a lot of people just sit and be with their families anymore, and you obviously enjoy each other.

Respect and a wonderful New Year to you and to all. :)

@Frimpong has a pic that my son drew. I sent it to him with some seeds or something cause that’s all I had to fold the seeds in or something I don’t remember…but that’s hilarious man I love it

Merry Christmas!!
So this morning I was talking with a buddy on here and I said Merry Christmas to you and your family, love you man!! Than I realized that was kinda weird so I kinda apologized and I got love back and that’s when I realized my people on here really are my family and I definitely do love all of you. I told my wife about it and she said if you care about someone that is love it’s ok to love someone so it wasn’t as weird to me. Than I realized I could tell my ‘friends’ where I’m at like hey we are having some issues we can’t put food on the table or whatever ya know and what would you get that sucks man you’ll figure it out….here I could tell all my friends on here that and I’d have enough groceries for the month(this is just an example) but holy shit how sad is it my real true friends are on a site I’m on and literally don’t know any of you in real life lol

I think the mushrooms are starting to hit lol it is fungi friday it’s not my fault Christmas Eve landed on it lol
Merry late Christmas to you too bro??, and have a happy new year.
Plants look great by the way, that chernobyl?

Ok friends and family,

I want to bring the wife and kids to Colorado this summer maybe stop at the black hills on the way was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on areas to stay that are going to be cheaper in Colorado I prefer to stay out of the big cities as I’m not a city person..I’ll be coming from the northeast any help or recommendations is highly appreciated

I really liked the Canon City area and its close enough to alot of things. I went to pikes peak, Royal Gorge and Cripple Creek while I was there. No skiing for me lol. Really depends on what you like to do. But that was quite a few years ago so ?‍♂️.

Imho it depends on what you'd like to do. I'd rent a air bnb cabin in the mountains close to whatever your after. Lots of good rafting venues on the Arkansas river, and fly fishing etc.

Lots of beautiful spots there, have some friends live close to canon city. I go camp on their land from time to time. Right by the creek that runs through their spot.

No skiing and and halfway between denver and Laramie = Ft. Collins.
Kids under age of 13 may like the great wolf lodge in Colorado springs, plus its fun as hell to slide when baked ?.
And like @JL2G said an Airbnb might be a good thought, tons of cabins out there.

You bringin' the atv?

Less expensive will be Grand Junction/Western slope come in mid-late august for peaches and corn. I get BOTH my wheat and peaches from Colorado screw CA (I'm ambivalent on Ga).

Rocky Ford Cantelope.

Our beer is great even Coors they have a free tasting room.

Bluecifer is a must see.

We won’t be bringing the side by side, I told my wife about this yesterday when I got home and she said she would prefer if just her and I went. So I think we would be visiting Yellowstone and smoking and relaxing and eating lol..so if anyone would want to meet up while where there for a burn session and lunch or something that would be sweet we are thinking the end of may or beginning of June

I've taken my daughter to that hotel with the indoor water park spot. It's ok, but not very big. Very commercialized imho, and only neat as a one time thing.
All kinds of things cool AF to do here.
That would be sweet. Its definitely a good mix of terrain that Colorado has to offer in that area. I would definitely like to raft the Arkansas river if i get up there again though.
Me too, I'd love to raft it as well. I already have plans to camp down there next spring/summer.

Agreed on all of those. Lol. I'm normally not a huge Coors fan, but here it's so fresh and tasty compared to any Coors I've had elsewhere.

Heck yeah mang, that's pretty right close to my area, and the gf and I love road trips. We'd be down for a meet n greet.
So the CO plan was nixed in lieu of yellowstone if I have that right? Or is it just one of the stops on the way?
