Nice, I love those kind of protein mix. I eat a lot smoothies as well and usually add a hand full of the pea shoots. It adds a nice flavor and some protein. I think that the wheat grass will probably turn that lovely smoothie into something bitter and not so pleasant. Who knows, you might be into that but I like to do the wheat grass by itself. The sunflower shoots add a nice nutty flavor to smoothies but a lot of people add that to their salads.What do you think about just adding the wheatgrass and sprouts straight to the blender..I've been blending these powdered supplements with a jag of fermented red cabbage and black walnuts in almond milk..Don't feel hungry all day..I would assume a handful of wheatgrass in the blender would be as useful as juicing with the extra fiber.. thoughts?
