Salty kong 27 days
Doesn't seem to mind being fed 80% nutrients. Jacks 321.
Hasn't slowed down since the start. she just started flowering a few days ago and is stacking quickly.
No smells yet. I'm enjoying growing her. View attachment 174178 View attachment 174179
Yeah buddy!!!!! Nice! What I always rec to folks is to go easy on just about everything for the first few weeks. It's pretty uneventful, but patience will pay off. Once preflower starts, ramp it all up. Nutes, light intensity etc. That's the best advice I have for those who tend to end up with smaller autos. Not saying that's the case, just saw an opportunity to share that. If you're not pulling an easy easy easy 2+ ounces of dry off any of my autos, I would rec that approach. Typically I see over feeding and over watering being the biggest culprit of smaller sizes, followed by under water, environmental stressors, etc. Utilize the most airy soils you can maintain properly in your garden, and you should get decent results. Keep me posted on the grow. Also, did you check your raffle ticket?! The drawing was done and no top prize winners have come forward.

lmao I forgot about the tickets, didn't realize they were inside the packs......will have to DM you for details.

Thanks for the heads up on feeding, I'll be doing ~3 in the same DWC again and will start on the light schedule again!
Absolutely!!! On both points! Though looking at what you have there, can't say there's much I'd change, you look good so far. That's what I try to instill on people, autos are fun and addicting because of how incredibly fast they grow But that doesn't happen until week 3 earliest and usually 4-5. That's what's so crazy, they grow soooooooo much in those last few weeks. From a few inches tall to a few feet and full of branches and flowers etc, all in those second 4 weeks. I have a lot of my terp profiles on the right track, so lately I've been trying to incorporate larger plant sizes where I can. Polywog, Kerosene Kermit, quite a few Salty Kong, they've all shown some really good sizes. I have two different Polywog grows that got over a half pound per plant!! Not too bad for 75 days.

What size pot are you getting those yields from?

Funny you should ask, as I was just talking about this with one of those examples earlier. That I am 100% certain of, two of the four different runs that were sizable like that from this last release, were in earth boxes. In the past I know earth boxes have traditionally shown great results with autos. Now my opinion, unsolicited, on this is that it could still be a couple of different reasons, nevertheless, earth box keeps coming up. Beyond that it's peppered on the styles, but pot sizes are typically about 5 gallon. The majority of the people I talk to seem to run 3-5 gallon. The fives seem most convenient where you shouldn't be watering everyday. For the majority of the grow anyway. Also the ability to "house" the correct amount of dry amendments, without hot spots etc. Due to space, the majority of my runs are done in two gallon fabrics or one gallon fabrics. Opulent systems makes a nice shape where they're much taller than "typical" 2 gallon pots, so I use those most these days. You can achieve some very large plants in the ones and twos, the main difference is the amount of water/maintenance. Sorry, you probably already know all this, I just like to put it out there for those millions of fans that read along with all my posts. Haha.

I figured you weren't using pots bigger than 5 gal, but I haven't seen any autos yield that much. I know the light cycle length plays a part, too. I heard some run their lights 24 hrs, but I've only run them outdoors or at 18/6 inside.

Some do, though from many many autos run, I can tell you that at the end of the day, 24hrs on vs say 18/6, is pretty much the same. Except one of us is paying more in electric haha. Seriously though, the first little bit you do see more growth on the 24s, but by flower they've balanced out to each other and yeild pretty similar. Unless needed for environment control etc, I'd recommend 20/4 or 18/6 or something in between.

eh I've heard that but prefer 20/4 or 18/6 myself as well, everything needs a rest period imho.
This fine upstanding gentleman, has also run experiments and come to the same conclusions. Veg for photos, depending on length of time you run veg, will balance out two. If I remember correctly, it's only a boost in growth for a couple weeks tops. Now one thing A LOT of people are doing nowadays is the last ten days of flower, they will switch lights from 12/12 back to 18/6 and you'll get larger returns. The negative effects of the light change typically take ten plus days to show( reveg, intersex, etc) but you'll be chopping by that point. Unfortunately, I have not run this experiment personally, but I have heard from numerous people that it works to noticeable differences in flower size/harvest weights. 🌈⭐ The More You Know!

If you're interested in running some I have a pack or two of Polywog left, and if you really want to get funky, I have some F2s of Kerosene Kermit available in a couple of weeks. Those though, should show a lot of phenotypical differences though. So I'd say go with the Polywog. My Juicy Fruit, which I need to start using the new name to avoid confusion, but my Gias Juice gets pretty big too, but she's a long runner, sativa effects, at a solid 85+ days. Polywog is done in and around 70-75. Most times in most environments.

Hey there. Trying to get an idea of the finish time on

Beskar
Frogger
Frozen Kong

Much obliged for the help 👊
All of those are pretty average runners, 70-75 days, but please know that can be easily affected by environmental factors. But indoors, that's about what to expect. Outside, I usually add 10 days or so. Also, be sure to eliminate nutrient load when approaching the end. They can run a little longer, or appear to, if feed constantly til the end. That's a solid lineup, keep me posted, I hope you enjoy it. You can also reach me at Photonpharms804@gmail.com if you ever need anything at all. Thanks so much for the support my friend!!

Thank you. At 8 weeks today (except Beskar is a few days behind). The Frogger and Frozen Kong will be flushed tomorrow.

Right on schedule!!!! So excited! Hope you enjoy them! Got a new one, Ecto Plasm, that'll be out soonish. Depending on some life choices I make this month. Haha. But I can't wait to share that one!! Sour and colorful and pretty damn stable phenotypically.

Salty kong.
I went with your advice, she exploded in the past 9 days. Jumped, to over 3 foot tall and is branching out and stacking nicely. Just a breeze to grow.

I think art this rate, she's going to be a yielder!
Whew!!!! Thank God that worked out!!! I was winging it man, I've never messed with autos personally hahaha. Nah, obviously joking haha. Honestly, I'm really really glad that worked out, and sounds like right at the perfect time. Funny, I give similar advice to others and even in mid flower, if things are smaller and slower, given the same advice, you get an explosion of growth on your flowers. Just be careful in that situation, that is a great way to get bud rot because you end up running them out longer to finish the newer growth. But in this case, you're fine there, and I am so so glad to see you reap those benefits so quickly. You should be at a good point now to ramp things up and keep an eye on her. She'll let you know when she's not happy, back down a bit and finish her out. Keep me posted and as always, if you need anything at all, please don't hesitate to hit me up.

One last thing I was thinking about, I don't want to neglect mentioning. Keep solid airflow on her. That and cal, chiten, silca, to help boost rigidity in her branches. Many other benefits to those products as well, but relavent to this. Things go right, those flowers will be matching that plant size, you'll need the support. 🤘

I hate to show my lack of knowledge. What is Chiten?
