I tried to teach my girlfriend how to drive a manual in my Camaro. Second gear is lucky that the car has active rev matching on downshifts……someone forgot to use the clutch on a downshift ??‍♂️. We will try again this summer, but in the Miata I just picked up for a track car!

My girl wants me to teach her to drive a stick too. We have an automatic transmission right now, but the last car I owned was a 5 speed. I think it's a good skill personally, and for racing it's nice to be able to control the RPMs lol.
