We only have Topanga canyon left flowering, and our babies (which will end up stunted because we are too sick to transplant currently so solo cup challenge it is for auto regs lol). Bad thing is, my new job, does not follow the rules when it comes to covid. Most places will let you off and pay you... This one has too low of employees, so they don't have to follow those rules. I got sick by a coworker that I was nice enough to bring home even though he's an ex roommate of ours and still owes me over 1 grand in back rent. Last time Rita is nice.

P.S. my Dulytek dm800 came yesterday but we were bedridden, so we did not mess with it at all. This would be our 3rd time with covid since it started. Shits never going to get better and vaccinated or not, you will get it. Just sayin! Shit sucks a big one. Here's pictures of my first press. I watched a review on weedtube for it, and he was spot on, even though his reviews suck and are very disorganized. Did two presses of the same flower to get all the goodness out, 5 grand of monkey juice set at 220 degrees for 90 seconds on first press. Second press, same temp but 120 seconds. Wish we could smell and taste it but know the effects are there cause we are feeling a little bit better. Hard to smoke flower when your lungs are full of sick. What do you guys think?

So I smashed exactly 4.86 grams of monkey juice and got a 0.89 return back which calculates as 18.3% return on my first press. Very niceeee!!!!!

Sorry to hear you guys got the rona. 220° is a tad hot for pressing, try 185°F for about 2 min. I think you will find the terp load to be even higher. At 220 some of the more volitile terps can evap. Always try to aim for the lowest temp possible. 18% is not a bad yield though. You are going to love having a press.
A buddy of mine has that one and loves it. Has done many, many presses for yrs with no issues. Imho you'll like that one alot.

We're finally feeling better. I hope we don't get this shit again for a long time lol. That's round 3 with the rona and we're still here, slightly more stupid with a few billion less brain cells but still here. Brain fog and vertigo have been horrible after effects just like the first 2 times. I'm gonna catch up on some reading and I'll post some pics of our ugly closet autoflowers and the forever Topanga later. Thank you everybody for the thoughts!!

Thanks for the update, and very happy that it's positive. I had a couple years' bout with vertigo about a decade ago. It was as awful as anything I've ever experienced.

We tried that, and it came out really soupy and was hard to collect, it just smeared. But we also have crap papers, that I'm working on getting new ones that are better. The way are doing it 220 at 100 seconds gave it more of a snap and pull effect and bigger yield. May change once I get the better papers. Oh shit, check your inbox lol. I hope we get our taste and smell back too. As soon as that started to go I knew we were in for it. I have some sort of smell, it's just that everything smells like everything and nothing smells like everything.... if that makes sense lmao. Here's a pic of the Grapezilla press that we did yesterday. Great effects and very smooth, easy on the throat and lungs. Can't report on the taste and smell for obvious reasons lol. 1st press came out a beautiful golden color.
