I had already ordered the 600w hps light when I saw this. We need HID lighting during the winter in at least 2 tents to keep it warm enough in our basement to grow good meds. We have a vent from our furnace and small heaters but it being a very old unfinished basement it has a hard time holding heat in the winter. That would be a perfect light for spring and summer though. If it's still available when our cashflow is better we'll try and get that light from ya. I appreciate the gesture too.
A good way to keep two tents warm is utilizing some timers and fans.
Have two tents running opposite 12 and 12 light schedules, one is always on while the other is off. Can use a automatic relay for the switch for simplicity, or various timers to do it. Can then double up useage of one circuit.
Use the warm exhaust from the lights on tent to vent into the dark tent, and a reverse of that when the lights change happens. Make it automatic, or just do manually.
Another similar option that I was using for my first winter indoors was to have my veg on 24 hr light, and vent its warm air into the flower room nonstop for the flower rooms intake.

Good idea. If you're going to run the 1000 watts of those little space heaters, might as well run HID instead if you can. Not to mention those space heaters should make anyone feel at least a little nervous.
I hate leaving those heaters on when we're sleeping or not home. I found one that gets nice and warm and the coils never get red hot. It's done us good so far but still lol.

If you want one that isn't a potential fire hazard and does a really good job, look at an oil filled rad heater. Or do something along the lines of what I mentioned above using your lights as heat.

For those needing to heat their space in winter or other reasons, look at convection space heaters. They are more like plates radiating heat which can be put on the ground, side or ceiling or your grow, much less fire hazard, fewer temperature shifts, Look at terrarium mat heaters too.

If I would use HID and/or space heaters, I would invest in this:

They are like 30 bucks...

2 days ago at 9:30am we soaked the auto seeds. A day ago we put them into paper towels, into baggies and on the seedling heat mat. I just checked them and we have 100% germination! This has been a great year for us when it comes to germination rates. Only one seed did not germinate for us this year, 1 blood rose. Tonight we plant and get them under some light!

Day 69 for all these ladies. For most the end is near. This Topanga canyon is just a beast of a plant. She had some N toxicity so she's just been on water the last 3 waterings. Now she's starting to show a touch deficient so it's time to get her back on some nice feedings. She looks like she'll give us some nice big colas. She's super OG funky. Im glad we didn't give up on her.

Good morning. I was thinking about keeping this Starberry pie around since we love it so much and have no other seeds of it atm. We've never even attempted a reveg and have a few weeks to kill after she's done so might as we'll give it a shot. I know it'll need bigger shoes and 24 hour light which we have in our closet. If anybody has any advice for a first time at revegging please feel free to chime in. Thanks!

Here we go with day 71. Everything is fading besides the c99xsunshine4. Purple biscauto is finally starting to get some purple, but only in the leaves. Grapezilla is just a frost monster and Starberry pie is a bouquet of lemons, limes and other citrus goodies. Monkey juice amazes me every day I look at her. I noticed that when I rub my fingers over a bud it feels like greasy sand. I saw another post about someone else encountering this with another strain. We might try revegging her too, she's just too damn good to say goodbye too lol. Pupilstan started fading way too early. The lights were too close to the tops and she started to yellow as the buds started pushing out. Then she locked out and we're so close im just gonna let her finish without messing with her. She smells like earth, chocolate and grapes. Just wonderful. Topanga canyon is stackin swellin and frosting. Hopefully she's done by Thanksgiving so we can get the next run up and going. I'll post a few pics of the ones I watered today in the next comment. ☮☮

No. 1 If you look at what is left on the plant and think "damn that would bee a good smoke sesh" you are in the ballpark, leave one more nug than that.

Leave water leaves that have not yet begun to sinesce.

I wouldn't transplant right off the bat unless you intend to root prune.

Let it dry out more than normal.

Best of luck.

It's harvest week! Tomorrow night Starberry pie and Monkey juice are coming down. Thursday it'll be Cindy Sunshine (c99xsunshine4[Bodhi]) and Purple biscauto. Sunday it'll be Pupilstan and Grapezilla. Topanga will remain in the 4x4 all by itself until Thanksgiving. It's been a long run, especially with that 40 day injury that I'm still recovering from and my wife's bad arm and whole ordeal with work. It's about to all pay off though with some strong and tasty flower. Hopefully we can afford our Rosineer soon. We're getting tired of spending money on dispensary wax. I'd much rather squish a bud for a dab or two with that tiny machine lol. ☮☮

They finally stocked some Jenny kush at our dispensary. It's my wife's favorite and now it's mine. Tastes like rainbow sherbet ice cream, wow. The cherry chem rso laid me out with just a rice size piece. Love that thcv! After a month break from rso it's doing its job and I don't have to eat 100mg lol.

Was going to harvest when lights came on at 8 but with my wife at work it didn't feel right cutting them down without her so everything is just delayed one day. The pupilstan is gonna have to come down earlier than planned, it's yellowing way too fast. It's been flowering a long time and the buds are hard as a rock so it should still be some good medicine. Starberry and monkey juice's leaves are curling up and dying at a rapid rate so they're definitely ready. Grapezilla is a frost monster and still doing its thing. Purple biscauto and c99xsunshine4 are nice, plump and just about ready. Topanga canyon is filling in nicely and smells so offensive lol. Onions, arse and rotting carcasses. It's definitely evolving into something. Here's a few pics.
