G'day, im like gentleman corpse. I believe it's out there by some old bloke that won't part with it or doesn't know they have it. Failing that I think the only way would be to read back over many things and try andhit the lotto jackpot and recreate the line with landraces on big pheno hunts. I reckon full power selections with their foothold in Afghanistan Pakistan India and the like would probably be your best bet. As your starting point.

It’s gone I’m sure. but…I’m confident there are a few breeders that may not get the exact match but close enough. I’m telling myself it’s gonna be like Pepsi going out of business but I still can get RC Cola. Who knows, the next generation skunk might be funkier than the old days…

I’ve grown so many skunks and been disappointed almost every time. Hoping schwaggy‘s seeds I ordered this morning will produce a pheno I can live with ??Sounds promising.

i have heard down here that shoreline genetics and in particular texacannacreations have some pretty rank skunk there. texacanna in particular, screwed up skunk is meant to be very close. ive got hillbilly skunk running atm so im interested to see how that goes. tried blue skies vienna boss pack skunk. it was ok but not the rancid skunk i knew of down here 20 odd years ago.
Definitely eager to join the Skunk hunt. Just ordered some packs from the nature farm - the #18 and carrion plant. Not sure what to expect. Bohdi sounds promising. Also havE Lucky13 up this way who has a few RKS crosses… oh to have kept some seeds from back in the day. Truth be told I’m tempted to go back to my old packs of Afghanis and see what comes out.

Schwaggy‘s seeds are on sale right now at Great Lakes genetics. I grabbed a few packs this morning but they’re not gonna last long. Might be the closest you get for awhile. He is a member here and has a thread about his strains. very promising!
