Couldn't resist any longer. Ordered the Solo 3 last night. I've been wanting it since release and finally there was a sale price that agreed with my wallet.

I'll review it when it arrives but I already know what I'm getting: a beast that compares favorably to every electric portable out there today.

This thing hits like Mike Tyson. What a monster.

Super fast heat-up and huge clouds has me hoping this will be the hammer to the skull I need when I wake up at 4AM and can't get back to sleep(which is most nights). I think it will also kick ass in the ice fishing tent.

I've only used my existing stems so far, but among the 4 that came with the vape, two are the new double sized chambers with the improved air flow. That will be the next thing to try out.

Looks like another winner from Arizer. :)

easy to clean
Blow out the oven as required, tap out the tubes and that's about it.
If you want, you can reclaim the condensed vapour on the tubes but I just give 'em a soak in salty iso once in a while and they come out like new.
what temps are you at?
Just getting going with it, so not much experimenting yet. There are 5(customizable) presets in "on demand " and so far 210C is more effective than 200 for clearing a load in a couple hits. The ability to sustain temps during successive hard draws is impressive.
With the older units being purely session vapes, I could puff on that same load for 7 or 8 minutes, sipping away.

I sat down after work and got completely blasted in a short session. I've hardly touched the ball vape as it hasn't been required.

I'll try out session mode soon.

Loaded up the double size tube for a session mode. It makes for a nice 5 minutes of solid hits. The big bowl would be good for a passaround, or a distracted, grab-it-for-a-quick-hit-while-gaming situation.

I think I'll probably stick with the small/og ones for regular use on mostly on-demand mode though. For one thing, I have a pile of them. The main reason though is that I can get a few big, flavourful hits and the bowl is cooked, and I can swap it for a fresh one in 3 or 4 seconds if wanted.
With the bigger bowl and the longer sessions, the flavour is gone fairly early, though I was impressed to see darkly roasted weed all the way through.

It has a bigger vape tube too !
That other one held 1/3 of a gram if you really jammed it in there.
Solo and Air, i used them a long time. What a clean hit with all glass.

I took some loaded tubes to bed. When I inevitably woke up, I could have the Solo 3 heated up and ready to draw in less time that it takes to heat up a dynavap with the induction heater. It's faster, safer, and requires less concentration(therefore not waking me further ). I've got on-demand set for 15 second draws at 210C. I do two of those and that about kills a load. I usually exhale halfway through a draw, so I get four huge hits.
I'm re-medicated and ready to drift off for a while in no time.

I was still awake well before my alarm but I definitely got more sleep than normal

Absolutely loving this vape. On-demand mode is so great.
I haven't touched my Air Max or the Dynavaps since it arrived. The Solo 3 does what both of those things do and does it way better. I'm even grabbing it over the B-Zero at times because it's so easy to use while still hitting really hard.

Still absolutely loving the Solo 3. The vape community consensus seems to be that this, the Venty, and the Tinymite are the top 3 portables for performance and the Solo is by far the cheapest and has the most robust construction and best QC of the 3.

For Canadians with access to the Canna Cabana chain, they've has recently started carrying the S3. As a weed retailer, they sell their accessories for ~cost, so this vape that is $300-$350 CAD everywhere else sells for $190. I picked up a second one today as a backup/guest device.(they also have great deals on glass, especially for "elite" members. I covered the cost of the 'elite' membership with one purchase)

On the butane/induction powered front, the Camouflet line is amazing. The XL is a beast and the smaller units are also sweet devices. Camouflet currently has a "pay what you can" offer on the titanium convector. It is a great way to try out this form factor. The titanium heats up and cools down super fast and gives pure convection extraction.

Good to see ya around chief...Still haven't gotten a solo 3. Oh but I will

Does the 3 have an easier draw than the original solo? I have always loved the flavor from the solo but mine is like trying to draw through a tightly rolled pinner I had a Davinchie for years and absolutely loved it until battery quit taking a charge been looking to buy a new flower vape but are a little behind the times

where'd you get the bubbler from? love to try one of those on my solo 2.
Bought it on temu super cheap , thought I would break it fast, but no it's lasted. I got the gordito bubbler also. The one shown was 13 and the the gordito 5. A lot of the China stuff on Amazon is on temu for half or more discount, the thing is it just takes two to three weeks to receive.

I'll have to check it out. I normally use dhgate (same cheap stuff from China) for some glass bongs , bowls and such for dirt cheap.
