Ok so heres my thoughts lol. I have a Matrix 3x3 from amazon, been goin for 3 years or so. Its sturdy, has larger diameter of poles than some other brands, metal corners and a few light leaks around seams and the dang window thing that I never use. Zippers are fantastic, super large and super smooth. If they were still available I would rate it 8/10.
I have a 2x4 and a 2x2 Green Architect tents from amazon. Less light leaks at seams but zippers aren't quite as good as matrix but still pretty smooth. I went with these because of more vent and cord holes. Rate it 7/10.
At my job we have 3 5x9x8 Gorilla tents and a 4x4 gorilla tent and they are JUNK for the money they cost. Zippers are large but get stuck in fabric everywhere and the velcro to keep flaps down over zippers is ridiculous. No light leaks other than bottom of zipper so that's a plus. I would not buy expensive tents ever again. Go with middle priced stuff.

I agree on the useless velcro windows. PIA to get it perfectly closed and useless. I'd rather just stick my head in and look around if I'm going to peek in and zip it up.

I got one thru wally world yr ago, cant' seem to find the buying history on my account, it was a no name 4 x 2 x 6, and thats the best tent Ive ever had. On the cheap. One of those cheaper names, not well knows. Sucker takes my inline squirrel cage that puffs my tent out 24/7 for months and months, even with a bigger, inline exhaust fan into scrubber, no smells, but tent stays puffed pretty tight. Not one zipper or seam light leak, with all flaps closed, you cant see any light inside, Ive been in there. But damned if I can find it again. Funny name, begin with a C or something. Youd be suprised by wally world or home depot, where I got my aerocloner pumps with manifolds for 20 a piece, two of them in a tent with holes and round pucks for clones, voile, instant homeade aerocloner for bout 40-50 with tote.

I don't think I could be any happier with my Grow Lab tent. I've never had any issues with port locations. No light leakage with the thick materials used, and the zippers are heavy duty, and work without issue after years of zipping and unzipping daily. What's been clutch is the ability to completely open up three full sides of the tent too. I've hung a lot of weight off of the support members without any failures to date. Their 4x4 measures 4'9"x4'9" and I would definitely purchase another one if I was in the market for another tent.

I purchased a Vivosun 2x4 and regrettably decided to go cheap as it was only supposed to be purposed as a utility tent. I'll personally never buy a vivosun tent ever again. When I fired up the COB's, closed the brand new tent, and took a peak into the room while it was dark, the entire room looked like a solar system with all of the tiny light leaks shining out of the tent. I ended up draping blankets over the entire tent while that tent was in use. I was extremely disappointed and instantly wished I had just ponied up some more coin for a better quality tent.

I got this "Cool Grows" tent from amazon Amazon product
I have the 32x32x63 and the only light I see is from the open intake vent. I am a first timer so my experience is zero, but this tent seems well manufactured, all metal frame and pretty heavy duty zippers and material.
I'm happy with my choice.

I ordered one of these in 4x4 as well as two vivosun 240 cfm exhaust fans it hasn't arrived yet

Just got a 4x4 LA Garden tent.
Fail!
7 of the 8 corners are bust. The snap pins dont make it to the holes to lock in. So tent is wobbly.
Ill disassymble and hog out the holes a bit and make it work i suppose.
On a high note, contacted seller and they are sending a second tent free of charge so ill have 2 when i get this one straightened out. 20210108_063554.jpg 20210108_063615.jpg

How do they get such a large bead of weld on such a thin piece of metal?

Sad part is ive run an 2x4 LA Garden tent for years and its been the best one ive had. No QC i guess.
