Looks like the last time I blew any dust off in here was the 4th. Damn a lot has happened between then and now. I’m not back to go on about that shit, I’m here to grow some buds with some buds. Got plants from clones I took from way back and popped a handful of seeds as well. Only going to post what’s in the tent at the moment showing some progress. I’ll go over the new seeds popped later. Hope everyone is well, enjoy the show.

Tex! Glad to see you back around. Man these weeks then months just fly right by. Can’t wait to see your two liter bottle sized colas. I gotta find some time to BBQ some tri-tips. I got some choice Harris Ranch New York strips on a good sale and used the stove last night. Oh man they came out great, When sliced, you could see the layers of nice crust (just salt n pepper rub), the slight seared pink, then that rare center. Oh man I wanna grab a few more now lol 😂

Yo Spy!
Glad to be back around brother. It’s been nuts but I’m managing. I hope I don’t disappoint now, kinda feeling the pressure 😂 Naw man, it’s all good. I’ve grown these once before and even with all the neglect I gave the garden they still turned out nice. This time should be epic though.
Man, I just smoked a brisket this weekend, first of the year( slacking ) salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika. It was a big brisket and took 12 hrs to be done. All in all it turned out great but I was wiped out by the time it was done. Love me a good steak as well!
I hope you’re doing well my friend, appreciate you taking the time to stop in and say hey. Apologies for not being around man. Couldn’t wait to get back to the garden and back here choppin it up with all y’all.

Happy Halloween !
I like to say it as many times as I can. Because you only get one day a year. People be "MerryXmas'n" each other for a month.
I am glad you seized the day, went on adventures with the kids. That is important stuff.

And I gotta say, its good to see the shiny sixshooters again.
Good to see you as well my man @Jewels .
Happy friggin Halloween!
We had a great time man, the girls made out like bandits and my neighbors and hood came together and did it proper.
I’m hoping I don’t disappoint,
The six shooter has some dust and need to be cleaned.
Hoping all has been well with you and your family brother.

Strawberry pops in the cage, tight node spacing, she like to make bats.
Creamy greases has a bigger spread between nodes. I have the golf ball pheno.
I may end this one after this run and pop more at a later date. Gotta keep moving with the bean popping.
Speaking of which, earlier post was not completely accurate on seeds popped for next run.

Schwaggy skunk- schwaggy seeds
Ice cream cake x grape stomper - synergy genetics.
Pure Michigan f3 - Freak genetics

Sorry for the inaccuracy from previous. These or a few will need to be sexed. Males go and will be replaced. Clones are hovering around of Slymer snacks, strawberry pops, lemon tree x alien og and some cuts of the creamy greases taken before flip . All but the pops are tbd at this point. Gotta keep moving.

Hey Tex, you should do a grow sometime where you feature one variety each, from a list of dragon slayer-breeders.
Only chose stuff from solid dudes who promote fellow growers and advance the proliferation of Cannabis for all and,,,
Shit,
Wait-up,
😏
I see what you did there.

Yeah Jewels buddy,
I have to let things in the vault out to play and I figured I’d grab from my front of the line section. I’m gonna go back in and pop some more. Those 4 plants in there right now are in 3 gal pots. Gonna go smaller and pack them in next round. Why not

That's the spirit !

Allow me to butcher a quote that goes something like
"when curiosity is discouraged the enthusiasm for learning dies"

I sit down with my son, a pail, and a shovel.
My intentions are result oriented;
I think we are going to make sand castles.
How quickly I have forgotten that there are more important things.
Such as, can I use this shovel to fling sand over my shoulder?
What sound does this bucket make, if I beat it against my tricycle?
What does it feel like, when I grind this sand in between my teeth?

It is the journey.
I like changing stuff up, when you take the path less traveled, you witness the sights typically un-seen.

I once read an account of a bow hunter that like to pretend he was a Porcupine.
He would get down low and inch his way along the ground; reasoning that Porcupine see everything, and no one sees them. That Hunter figured if you had traveled more than a hundred yards in less than an hour, you are moving too fast.
Everyone has a different approach, and many of them work.
Myself, have sat from dawn till dusk in the same hide. Other days, I would spend the entire day walking.

There are times when I have veg'd a @horribleherk worthy, 10 sq ft Beast.
At this moment, my plants are plugged in barely a fist-width apart.

Been farting around like this, for years. Can't say what works best. I am just a witness to the events that unfold. I am in a position to observe stuff that I like, and stuff I like less.

Do what feels good, Tex, and thanks for sharing your journey.

That’s a wonderful way to look at things and I agree. We’re just here observing, wandering, wondering and ultimately trying to enjoy what time we have.
Thank you Jewels, I’m definitely trying to do what feels good and thanks for taking the time to take a glimpse in to my journey.
