This is a cross I made of vintage blueberry and trailer park blueberry. By AKBB. It’s still a teen but the stem rub is stank. Good test pilot.
May have to try a bio coupler. Something I just stumbled soon in my recent research. Instead of agar the media is liquid. Turn it over every other day and watch. Turn one explant into mannnny. No reason it’s just neet.
And of course I’m dining one out of baby bottles. I’ll see if RTV silicone will survive the pressure cooker.

I messaged him the other day. Looking for some hot pepper seeds. He may be out of the weed game, maybe just temporarily not sure. I may go visit him one of these days. My boys are in school in Cal. You ever need any god beans @OldG just hit me up I have a tone. I’d hate to see them go to waste.I also think its pretty amazing how 3 of us took that Godbud and did different things with it

I’m trying merristem but it is real hard dissecting a tipdown to fuck all of nothing. When done you can barely see it with the naked eye. Looks like a speck of pepper.
I feel like the guys carving an intricate statue out of a pencil led lol.
Here are way too big to be merristem. More like shoot tip to see if they will make it. Practice.
And I think a couple of those are dead.

May be a waste of time, time will tell. Good thing is I use the hood and most of the same gear to culture yeast for beer and fungi.
Munich lager stepping it up from a single cell to millions. To pitch.
If you look close at the plate you can see the yeast streak eventually thin out to single mounds of yeast. Those mounds were at one time one cell. You grab a mound and move it to the vial. Then bigger and so on till you have a nice beer.

Going to try out the “Stink bud” way of hydro.
Its a hybrid system low pressure aroponics and NFT.
Found some 5” fence posts at the local re store. New for 40 about half price. Chop in half for 4 feet. 7 holes and 9 misters.
Have a couple almost ready.
He uses 3 pairs to make a lb every 3 weeks. Rotate 2 in and 2 out.
I just want to use it to run more seed through and have some automation where I can take a day off once en a while.
Seem to be having good growth with my cloner +nutes. Had to make another cloner / seed starter bucket to. Follow along I’ll be posting success and failures. Haha
I ran my misting tube at the top. Rather than the bottom. Pretty simple system really.
Current cloning bucket pick is from a bit ago. Been chucking some feminized pollen from pre 98 bubba on her clone and the MTF.
First clone of pre 98 is about done except one branch of seed. She looks and smells delish. Getting h20 only.

Ya me to. I cut a bunch of clones today ECSD and triangle kush. Stuck in the new bucket cloner. No dome. Nothing but ro and ph set to 6.
I’ll be running some seed as well.
Was doing a little trial on how much flow/pressure is needed to run 18 misters 2 gutters. My regular hydro pumps weren’t quite cutting it. Just tested a sump pump today on the 18 misters and it’s good. 1/4 hp and cheep.
Nice shop to work in mang. Love watching the projects yer messing around with.

What's the marker on the leaf signify? Is that a bx labeling?
Was just reading a thread on here about the og kush family and that's one that was talked about too, it's history and such.
Was a pretty good read on a few versions of how things possibly came about.
Be interested to hear a smoke report on that when you've got one.

This is an f2 seed run and this girl has a real nice strong berry smell. Will be interesting hunting through these seeds.

More messing around on the hydro today. I raised up the misting heads. I’m thinking roots will eventually gro over if they are on the bottom. Extended the racks that they will sit on. Will be 3 different hights. Also using a 180 deg mister head. Ends I cut out of plastic like cardboard can’t remember the name off hand. Just built up a bit of a dam at the far end with hot glue. And has same plastic cover. No leaks. The pump flogs. Almost has water getting past the net cups. Would Probly work with a 10 sec flood.
