Kept hanging in there waiting for the Reggae beat to engage....???

Interesting for sure though!!

Some observations :

It says 'reggae' right in the title.
When Swedes are determined to dance, not even lack of a recognizable beat will dissuade them.
Sven and the others in the band seem to be playing two different tunes. Surely the odds of reggae being in one is like .... double, right?

But here's another contribution that may ska ratch your reggae itch, Unc.

Never thought I'd be watching a Ska/Rap Prohibition history (high school assignment?) on a Saturday afternoon....????

Yeah, it was that, or some Marley guy. Ferman Project struck me as more authentic.

Here's a more middle of the road reggae kinda like tune. Mon.

Following along with the lyrics, the guy reaches out to several gods and goddesses, confessing he has never tasted the nectar of victory, which is to say, he's never been laid. He asks them all for help, and to tell him if he will ever find satisfaction. I suppose he speaks for his bandmates as well.

But you don't have to be a god or goddess. Anyone with decent eyesight ain't gonna get the answer wrong. Only a good amount of cash in the right part of town will get these guys any action.
