Why awful? Bad flavor or smell?
We usually have 3 carboys full and bucket going.
Got a mash on its 4th day too.
Firstly a lack of racking was the big thing, did it a couple times but probably needed a few more. We did from grapes for red, that was another varible. I had the fermenration too cold. Airlock went dry... This shit is an art btw, you probably know that. Consistency is a big thing and I wasn't, we had good results the firat couple years we tried but guess who was runin the show - hint not me.

We (SWIM) are doing from juice this year a cab a chard iirc.

I moved some new tenants into the new veg room 5 days ago. 101_0246.JPG
This is very interesting display of how LED lights affect cal -mag consumption. 5 days ago i transplanted these plants and 6 more( square pots) that i put back in the mom cabinet that has t-5 lights. The first shots are the ones that went back into the mom cabinet the same time these plants were put in the new veg room under a HLG 360 dimmed down to around 50% ( light distance approximately 3' +). All of the plants have been under the same feed program. I gave them a good dose of cal mag today. The difference in the two plants that are in different rooms is absolutely amazing. 101_0236.JPG 101_0238.JPG 101_0240.JPG 101_0241.JPG 101_0242.JPG
At least i hope i am on the right track!

Fortunately no haha.... just the way the tide was I had to jump in to get the trailer winch hooked up to the boat, had to back the trailer way into the water. Had a few friends pulling their boats too, so once I was in I just volunteered to be wet guy and hook everyone up lol
The later part of my carrier i chartered out of tailorable boats. I did it so much that i had a routine that made the whole process look pretty easy. When retrieving the boat i would just drive the boat up on the trailer throw a safety line on it and walk off like a boss. Pretty much same thing launching. Key was having everything positioned just right. Also when asked by the costumer on a daily basis if they can help and the standard answer was hell no :ROFLMAO: . Those helpers would get you in trouble every time:ROFLMAO:

I see a lot of the "grew up on a boat" guys do that all the time but I'm pretty new to having my own boat so I'm not confident enough yet... and days like today, with the wind and current ripping away from the dock even a lot of the vets were struggling... my neck of the woods can be tough, my cousin owns a charter in the keys and I went out with him... blew my mind how easy it was to navigate and dock down there! The boat actually just goes where you point it lol

I hear you on the helpers for certain too... I only have a few friends I'll even let help me, most of them just make things worse lol
