I've thought the same thing about pot forums for about the last 20 years as well but I'm still here.
Got the tank to town and back with no casualties. MOST folks were wearing masks....but a few weren't...even with a big note on the door @ the grocery that said they would be refused service if they didn't. I saw a young employee complaining that someone with no mask got in his space and he was saying "I'm just over this" as what I guessed was a manager was trying to calm him down. They need a big ass baseball bat that they use to chase the idiots out, IMO. No questions/no excuses.
We're good for another month.........so I guess we'll see what's up then. Be safe folks

Of course I had to lose a filling in a tooth about a month ago.. Now.. infection and pain setting in for about 3-4 days solid.
Thankfully I have A Sis-in-law who is a doctor and was able to prescribe antibiotics (Amoxil) Monday.
Much to my surprise, after 2 doses I had more relief than 800mg of ibuprofen 3-4 times a day. Damn good thing cause I was almost to the point of searching for real pain meds.. Something I haven't taken in a long time.
Tomorrow I do have a dentist appt. They are only doing emergency type procedures which is good.
Almost an hr drive to get there, but well worth the time considering the estimate was 1/3 of the cost of the last visit I had locally.
Really just not looking forward to having someone with their hands in my mouth. A pandemic is not a good time to have this type thing for sure. But I'm willing to take the risk after pain I've had.
Sorry friends for lack of, or slow responses to questions, pms and whatever.. Got to kill the pain before I'll feel normal again.
Hopefully back to my usual grumpy old self in 3-4 days

I don't think you can make a blanket statment like this. Every situation is different, unfortunatly in some locations it may have been a knee jerk reaction to shut down when in fact at that time given the conditions in that specific situation it may not have been necessary. I say unfortunatly because when/if the need arises in those locations/situations to practice social distancing it will be much more difficult to gain compliance. Please don't say you are hoping anyone comes in harms way because of this I don't think you mean it.
