Well, other than getting a headache from having to learn shit it's going great.I'm very much enjoying your journey. I hope you are too.
Things are about to start developing soon, I think.
I guess it reveg-ing wouldn't be the worst thing it could do. I just sort of decided on a whim to throw it outside.
Didn't think I needed all 4 SG's to make seeds with. She will undoubtedly catch me, but it's easier to ask
for forgiveness than it is to ask for permission! If pests and/or mold and mildew get hold of it, then that'll
be an education, too! ?

There's a Lady Mouthpiece (lawyer) here in GA who has gotten 2 old coot disabled vets like myself
off of felony "grow with intent to distribute" charges, due mainly to the fact that they only grew for themselves
and only to manage their disabilities. If I go down, I'll be calling her.
Jawja will be the 50th state to legalize, unless Puerto Rico goes first... then we'll be #51.

The lower part of the state is where mot of the people seem to be; Once you leave the bigger city areas, it's farms and woods. But the point is valid; I can have 2.5 ounces of weed on me and it's fine.

Ever look at a population map of Canada? Why would people live in the
southern portion of a geographic region? We may never know.
You got me on the 2.5 oz. of weed thing, though I can't imagine a scenario
where I'd leave my house holding 2.5 oz. of weed.

I mean, there's people up higher, but they probably can't pay someone enough to go up there and ask about it LOL. That's some COLD areas up there.
And yeah, I can have 2.5 ounces of weed, along with each adult in a car. There's two areas where Mushrooms are legal now too. Also, we have legal Moonshine. And AKs
But yeah the upper Peninsula for example, there are some pretty remote areas there, and a lot of people hunt there. Opening day of Deer season means no school up there LOL.
Also, however much weed is grown on your property legally, is legal, even if it's 150 pounds. To make it legal, you make it so that public property doesn't see it.
If you have more than your legal number of plants, as long as you aren't selling it and you have less than 250 plants on site, you won't even get a ticket. If you aren't selling it, they don't really care that much.
It would be fully legal for you to visit here, and me to hand you 2.5 ounces. As long as no money is exchanged it's fine
Can't tell without more detail on the map if I live in the dark green or the darker green. Either way, I've got an almost 700 km buffer zone between me and where the Billys roam free.

So, now I'm thinking maybe I might try a hempy bucket on my outdoor Sowah Grapefruit. I have a bucket left over from my old brewing days, and it has a hole already in it for a spigot to be attached. I'm concerned about the size and location of the hole, though. You always see in hempy bucket threads to put a hole in the bucket 2 inches up. This hole is 2 inches up, but that's to the top of a fairly large hole - will that be enough of a reservoir in a hot Georgia summer, with temps routinely over 90f for weeks at a time? Certainly watering every day would be no problem at all. Thought I might float this idea out there before drilling a hole(s) in a tote. Other than it maybe falling over too easily and being pretty visible, seems like it would work.
I don't think that is a large enough reservoir. A thirsty plant can drink a LOT and you want those roots submerged as much as possible. Also, you will leak medium out that large hole.
I've been using the same size buckets for my indoor grows for years and I recently started drilling my holes a bit higher to increase my reservoir size.

Do you have the fittings to run a 90 elbow up from that hole? Could you install the spigot facing up instead of down? That would let you increase the reservoir size.
Otherwise a 5 gal bucket is cheap at the hardware store. I think I pay 3 canuck bucks for my 2 gallon ones.

That's what I was afraid of. I have all kinds of buckets and totes strewn about - was just hoping to use a precut one.
The more I think about it, the more I think a squattier tote might work better - a bucket seems kinda tippy.
How much higher is a bit higher? 2.54 cm higher? ??✏️

OK, so far I gots 5 and 7 gallon buckets and a 12 gallon tote.
I also got a metric (!) fuck-ton of styrofoam coolers of varying sizes - could help cool the roots?
Styrofoam seems like it'd be hard to move around without breaking - maybe put cooler inside tote?.
I've ordered more perlite and coco - figured I'd go straight perlite, and then a mix above reservoir level.
Could go 100% perlite in a 5 or 7 gallon, too.
