Any thoughts about relief from Neuropathy?

Well damn, I'm turbo posting again.
Now I've read this many years ago, well after my mom, passed away, as neuropathy caused her the most pain, or I would tried this one.
Our root balls, or maybe the waxy substances of them, may off some relief, when processed into a cream.
Thanks for the idea. I'll make a quart of base with coconut oil and washed root balls. It will keep until I make more pain cream. My electric pressure cooker will hold 3 quart jars. so I'll make 2 QTs of pain cream and 1 QT of this neuropathy cream. When it's tested, I'll post up the results, and the recipe if I approve.
My motto is, more natural meds and as few pharmaceuticals as I can get away with.

Well, here I am 1 year later. I was diagnosed with Peripheral Artery disease about a year ago, which explains quite a bit. I made myself a healthy diet I could live with, gave up alcohol, and started some mild yoga and stretching.
Doctors have done angioplasty on both legs, and a week ago they did a Femoral artery Enterectomy. I am getting more feeling in both affected feet, and once the pain subsides, I'll make the 2 mile walk to the mailbox, or whatever I am able to start with. I need more cardio since I've been rather lame for the last year.
BTW, I do incorporate d3 and Lion's Mane in my supplements. Maybe in another year I'll have it all back [D'OH];)

I lost feeling in my feet 3+ years ago, from severe nerve damage.
Its the worst thing I've ever experienced. Not being able to walk up a set of stairs without banging a toe(pain up to 11).

'R-AlphaLipoic Acid' really helped, as did the lion's mane. EGCG (found in green tea) is also really beneficial, especially when paired with Quercetin (EGCG + Quercetin is commonly available in powder pill form).

I learned recently that about 1/3 of Americans are asymptomatic carriers of either:
Bartonella/Babesia/Mycoplasma
They don't test for this in people with obvious coronary disease symptoms. IDK why.

try "Hawthorne" tincture as a supplement for heart health, it helped me a lot. I was having Bartonella induced heart inflammation, alongside L-Arginine (helps blood vessels) helps protect endothelial activity. Sometimes spleen issues can effect the heart too.

I'm growing some "motherwort" outdoors this summer because it's supposed to provide very similar medicine to the Hawthorne tinctures.

Check out the Wim Hof method. 1 part breathwork, 1 part cold exposure, repeat daily. Very simple to learn and do, lots of free guides and videos online. Both the breathwork and the cold exposure help improve the cardiovascular system. Lots of health stuff. Mood elevating, pain relieving, immune boosting, wound healing wonder method. A trick for the cold is to relax instead of shiver. When the goose bumps hit, relax the body. 2-3 minutes in a cold shower, I go hot and finish on cold, is all that's needed. Listen to your body and work your way up to it. Too much cold can cause fall out. Plenty of science on the method too. The cold used to cripple me, now it giggles me, like a dear friend.
