Thanks man the wife and I love making edibles if it ever becomes legal in my state it would be sweet to venture into the edible industry but I feel like it would be a bunch of bullshit too and make it more of a chore than something we enjoy

I don’t know why I get these ideas in my head where I think I need to buy more stuff I guess it’s better in the long run just called my light guy he’s send me a kit for the 2x4 tent now, now I need to decide if I need a fan and filter for that tent as well or just a oscillating fan in there
Yeah, I looked into it here in MA and it's such an incredible headache... basically need everything a commercial kitchen would have plus all the additional stuff for selling a controlled substance, even though it would only be B2B. $100k startup cost easy here if you wanna be completely legit.

On a side note to that in Virginia they said 50% of all Cannabis businesses HAD to be owned by disadvantaged people. But who’s disadvantaged that can afford the $10,000 application fee, $60,000 license fee, yearly $10,000 renewal fee, AND $250.00 an hour lawyer to navigate everything??? I mean you COULD do it without a lawyer, just like you can file and represent yourself in a Divorce. No lawyer needed. But I wouldn’t recommend it. @Meatman hopefully they’ll fix things federally and it will be better and easier for people like yourself and I.

Ya everything is expensive these days it sucks when I bought the meat market I had to pay $45,000 for an envelope with 23 recipes in it and now when I want to make new recipes I have to go through the state to help make them and than just to get a label created and approved by the state it’s a minimum of $5,000 the label is just so I can sell the stuff it’s a pain in the ass it’s just proof they don’t want the little guys to make it they want the big guys to succeed and that’s it

Ya it’s all a joke than once it’s all approved you need to pay the state to have an inspector watch you make all the shit to make sure your doing it right...it’s like this is a business do you think I’m going to risk killing people or not having a good product on purpose...ya I’m going to cut corners to risk losing customers that makes a lot of sense...I was at the dentist the other day and my dentist said ya I stopped in the other day to grab some stuff and there was a state inspector there was everything good I said ya she is there Monday through Thursday and she said that’s crazy I work on people teeth and knock them out and we get inspected twice a year it’s crazy

Wow, I couldn’t imagine that. We had ABC up our butts (Alcohol Beverage Control) about once a month. I couldn’t imagine having my shoulder looked over all the time. Would drive me nuts. I mean as you said you’re going to do your job right because you want to be successful but it’s still nerve wracking and stressful.
