Wow, I couldn’t imagine that. We had ABC up our butts (Alcohol Beverage Control) about once a month. I couldn’t imagine having my shoulder looked over all the time. Would drive me nuts. I mean as you said you’re going to do your job right because you want to be successful but it’s still nerve wracking and stressful.

Last month I forgot to initial my cooling temp for 1100#’s of summer sausage I wrote the temperature but forgot to initial it had to throw it all in the barrel for the rendering company at $12.99 a # let’s just say my asshole still hurts from that

Ouch!!!!! You can write that off as waste though right??? I’ve worked in more restaurants then I can count from manager to prep cook so I know about P&L, accumulation logs, Also I’m a long time hunter and Barbecuer (smoking NOT grilling) so I have some idea of all the work that goes into making sausage. etc. Although I’m sure you prob have industrial equip. But still man that kinda sticks it in and breaks it off.

I will say you made up my mind for me though. I’m getting tax returns in a couple weeks and my wife and I consider that “found money” so we split it and buy ourselves things. I was going to go hog wild on genetics but I think I’m going to get that 4x4 and a 6” Fan/Filter set up Thanks again..... I’ll have a bit left over for beans and.. any suggestions?

Absolutely, I’d love to buy direct. I just was making a point of not pushing my stuff on others or asking everyone to send me stuff. That’s not why I’m here. I have no problem supporting my friends/boards mates by buying their stuff from seed banks. I bought @Frimpong BBSC from DCSE and was happy to get it. I honestly don’t know how things run on the business side of things. But if any of you guys sell direct PLEASE msg me. I’m a good customer....lol.
