Not some shitty pizza...real deal Like better or as good as we can make pie..and Willie gave me the dough knowledge...so let me tell you

There is no place around here that can make a pie like me...and I am blessed in some travels in the Canada USA side...I have had NY...Chicago...Cali pies..deeep dish and flat.. Cleveland...Atlanta...Texas pies both ways.

What I KNOW is...its like BBQ...distinctly different...regionally awesome...and ..my fave is a NY pie.

That looks like what I am talking about.

I have dough out...and i even made a fucking gluten free crust (well i bought it...its wrong at every level)...
