I've grown the giants before. 5 foot around. I've got pictures somewhere with a tape measure around one. Massive bastards. Gave all but one away and cut that one up to make pumpkin puree to make pumpkin pie and pumpkin bread.

Most of the canned pumpkin on grocery shelves is not really pumpkin. Extended family and friends love our pumpkin pies on the Holliday's and my wife hords the pumpkin bread when I make it.

It's honestly easy to make and if this grow is successful I'll make it and post it?

That would be blasphemy to some folks around here. They take their pun'kins seriously.

This is in a nearby town. Even though I'd never been there, I'd heard about it from attendees even before I'd moved to the area. People come from all around for this. Farmers have their own kind of fun, I guess. ;)

Oh hell yeah! Looks like a good time. I drove past Bates Nut Farm yesterday and they were watering their fields. They make bank selling big ones for $200+ and $10 hay rides. Fudge is $20lb or more by now. They've been there forever. I use to go when I started fishing Wohlford in the 80's from Orange County. Then drove past the lake

instead of taking the grade yesterday and snapped a couple pics. Haven't been by in a couple years and I only live 15 mins away.

You should see kids faces when we tell them to ask their parents if it's okay to get a giant pumpkin. Parents faces too usually. Makes it all worth it.

Best of luck with those Big Max pumpkins..........I've tried growing them a few times with mixed results....mostly poor results at that, lol.

Whats fucked up is I seen a tweet or comment somewhere where a math guy figured out Smuag's net worth.

All that gold Smaug is sitting on in the 2016 movie only comes out to like $58 billion so Bezos, Musk and Gates all have a higher net worth.

I ran his Fudgicle outdoors last year, essentially by accident, and it was still absolute fire. And super unique. I kinda expected his stuff to be all hype but that one at least lived up to it. I've been wanting to try more of his stuff but most of the crosses I wanted were $120+ and that's a little rich for my blood...but his box sets and two pack sets are a solid deal to begin with, throw in 40% off and it's hard to say no lol
That’s kinda why I’ve been taking a break from getting beans…I’ve got so much awesome stuff that needs to be ran through and me buying beans every week doesn’t help lol
Tiki puts out some dank. I forget what cross my bro ran but it was dank for sure. I think a gelato 41 cross or something from a couple years ago.

Edit: it was actually a gushers cross. Maybe 41 x gushers I think
