The problem with "them" trying to enforce it is two problems...
They signed a treaty as a sovereign country when they didn't have the ability to do so making it ultra vires, the states did the same to fall in line with federal as per constitution.
The states repealed their constitution in 1975 without the authority to do so.... and as any legal eagle will point out.... you cannot serve two masters for you will covet one and hate the other. So you can't sit with two hats as a magistrate judge justice etc. And changing crowns can't be done as per constitution. Monarchs can change, crown cannot as imperial is opposed to St edwards and act of settlement 1701 bans St edwards so sitting under St edwards big no no. If you know you know down here.

I would imagine the true numbers are way higher than most would believe. We learned early on to keep our lips tight and watch our backs. Other than my ramblings on this site, nobody needs to know, legal or not!

I have considered a move to GA., but I don't need the hassle. Of course, a few more hard Winters and I may reconsider. I may still be a ghost if I must! We just have to keep pushing for our rights.

Yeah, a good share of them have never had a house plant or a garden. Growing anything is completely foreign to them.

For me this hits home pretty well; I didn't really garden before I started growing 4 years ago; The only things I ever actually grew were Poppy plants, which, unlike Weed where they would get a little pissed, were a straight up felony if you attempted to harvest any.... Weed they would be pissed but Poppy plant of the Papaver Somniferum variety were a HUGE no no. And yes I grew them outside just like I do weed LOL.

Other than that I'd grow hot Peppers....That was literally my growing ability until I started doing this, which, I took a while sitting and reading as much as I could. I put my mind to it and put in effort trying to make each year's plants better. The first grow was a single Blue Cheese clone, and a Sunshine clone that the Wife picked.

Second year was 3 Detroit Lemonade clones, a Skywalker Clone, 2 Blue Cheese clones, and two Motor Breath clones. I legit couldn't get seeds to work because I was fucking dumb; I over soaked the ONLY fuckin' Purple Chemdog bagseed bean I ever had and it lost it's Taproot from me messing with it.... I then used the "No Idea OG" (Seeds found in bud) to experiment a bit, and by the end of that season I had a seedling make it.

The next year, year #3, I had seedlings and some clones, which, after they flowered was when I joined here. That's also why I didn't have a grow journal until this year; It was late in my season when I joined, so I waited until this season started to do it. I've learned a lot, but before this I didn't really have plants much.

I think it really depends on your location.
Some places are a bit extreme in enforcing prohibition.
I had a connect bury 15 lbs of weed in his front yard because he was spun and thought he was going to get raided.
He never tripped when he was growing just when he was moving it. Dabbling in meth didn't help.
I've never been paranoid here in California but I don't grow for the town.
If I end up moving to an illegal state I won't stop growing but I'll probably be more discreet.

So if you move just head here LOL Imagine you're driving down the street and you get pulled over, and the cop finds 2.5 ounces of Weed and a bag of Mushrooms in your trunk, and you don't get arrested or even a ticket Granted some of that would be because his hands got frost bite but there's multiple areas here where all of that is legal. Weed is legal all through the state, but Mushrooms it depends on which county.

Yessir. Nobody and I mean NOBODY knows what I do. My son-in-law doesn't even know, after my daughter told me he develops "loose lips syndrome" whilst drinking. Other than the occasional rummy preacher knocking on the door, no one comes on the property, unless old friends drop in when passing through the area.

What I’m seeing going on in OK, I have zero interest in living in a cartel country.
I don’t sell and don’t know anybody else that smokes, so really I’m good the way it is.
I wouldn’t narc myself out if it was legal.
Sorry, but Medical Marijuana is a fucking joke to me. I’ve seen a bud, dryer than a popcorn fart. Not sure how a person could even afford to buy their cannabis, except maybe as a part time hobby?

Honestly it was really good.sticky as hell..pretty stuff..And amongst the very few super Danks I ever had back then..The original seeds were all over the board pheno wise I remember that because I was pissed about it and surely wasn't pheno hunting.or even understood the importance of pheno hunting the way I do now..The one I ended up making a mom clone plant from was greasy enough to stick to baggies and leave odor and grease inside the baggies even after it was gone..I remember someone raving about that..from what I remember it had this real sour appleish chemmy mix of a odor...finished out under lights with purple hues and golden orange hairs..It was a big hit within my circle..ive always thought to pop some of those again but in all reality I have to much already on the back burner..My back burners keep growing to the point I need to sit down and map out a plan..set some priority..I also remember some very sour strawberry odorous like huge yielding pink looking phenos out of the few I pooped after chucking...It was one I kept around until I introduced myself to sin city seeds Sour flame og.. At that time sour flame made me drop everything I was doing and I was extremely stuck on that for a long long time...I'm quite certain that purple chem was hit with sour flame pollen which would in fact bring more phenos..Bigger yielding better ones more than likely....Man that was so many plants ago it's hard to remember exact.. Without a doubt if you look thru those there will be solid winners that easily compare to today's top stuff..Some old seeds man but I'm very confident they will pop...They have always been stored 100% on point..

Bro how do you say something where I go from dry cotton mouth to ready to drool on myself lol! Oh that sounds so good! And yeah bro the one I was getting was payment for trimming and I literally said "can I have this one every time for pay??" And he said yes and I went through like 4 ounces of it so fast lol. She was pretty like you're describing with beautiful purple hues and nice tops. Lol, this was a paid in weed job and I kept stopping and just sniffing her like every branch. No one got mad, as I think it was funny for everyone else.
