Yea, they got all whiny about people doing the truffle shuffle and taking pictures so they said no mas. I can for sure hook it up on the smoked meats though. I still use my stick burner and all???
What is a stick burner? I just know that I ditched the gas grill years ago (no flavor). I thought it would be more convenient to use it along w some wood chips in foil. It couldn’t even beat a tiny Weber charcoal. It was great for fish though. Even w the hot weather I’m thinking of doing the fire pit tonight cuz my son’s here and I got 3 different brands of beef hot dogs along w s’mores. Bay leaf logs ?
Nice! Sounds like a good night to me. So a stick burner is a smoker or pit that burns actual logs. A lot of folks are now using pellet grills which works well but I still like the challenge of feeding logs and keeping my temps on point.

Hey hey Mo! Appreciate it brother. It’s what had to happen as I ran out of options. Seems to be working out though. First time doing it like that but I’ve seen it done back in the day with vertical hung bare bulb hps so I figured I’ll try it out. I’m not hanging a bare bulb though. Too damn hot!

Been all organic as well and working out good with her. About to pop a bunch of beans for an all Ph family run after these are done. Super excited!
