The mmj though is looking spectacularly happy AF, friggin good growing mang.
My gut is telling me Terp/GOW and Spyralout are going to be males. Fingers crossed it's wrong. Time will tell.
Skunky D is living up to its name being the most pungent of the lot. Without any knowledge or prompting, and just asking "What's this smell like?" the GF responds "Skunk and Poop." I truly value her unbiased opinion since she doesn't smoke weed and she has a great nose to match.

Thanks brother. The backyard is definitely a work in progress. I'm hoping to start rebuilding that old workshop into a one bedroom rental next summer. Then I can really focus on making it a backyard oasis. My backyard is kind of a turd right now. lol. I don't want to do much out there yet until I get all of the underground utilities in for the future rental. I can't put anything permanent back there due to all of the trenching that'll need to be done. It'd be a waste of money right now. Hopefully in a couple of years it'll be glorious.
In the meantime we're definitely enjoying the small garden. We're looking forward to having a bigger, well thought out garden when the time comes. My girl is a big nature, flower nerd and loves gardening. Currently we're just growing some tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, green onion, strawberries, and about 7 different types of peppers. We'd like to start growing a lot more once we have bigger planting beds in their permanent spots. We definitely have a lot of big plans for the backyard.
I might be kind of a nerd, but I find abnormalities and mutations with this plant very intriguing whenever they occur. Yesterday I spotted something new to my eyes I figured I'd share with the pHam. I've had a plant top itself in the past, but this one was a little different.
Pictured below is a Skunky D x MoonDragon. The lowest branch has grown about 3/4's of the way to the top of the plant. When following this branch up about 2/3's of the way, it begins to look like it's beginning to form two separate branches combined as one. Nearing the top of said branch, it completes this metamorphosis into two separate branches.
And this is where it splits into two

Crazy looking with those 4 nodes all in the same spot too. Lol
So far they're remaining equal. What originally caught my attention was how much thicker that top looked compared to the others. They're just beginning to spread apart now allowing more space between them.

Update: Unfortunately my gut was correct and I had to cull the Spyralout; confirmed Male. I still have a feeling my Terp/GOW is going to end up being a male as well but I'm holding off with a little hope.

My suspicions were correct, Terp/GOW is unfortunately confirmed to be a male. And then there were four.
Rather than immediately cull it, I'm going to move it off to a separate part of the yard. I'm tentatively planning to collect a little pollen from it for some single branch pollinations. I can definitely use some seeds to play with for future summer grows since I don't have many loose seeds left to begin with (7 remaining) and I really liked this plant.
I will add, trying to stay compliant now with a 6 plant max and only growing outdoors with one crop per year totally sucks. I absolutely miss the 100's of plants, full-time, year round exploration, discovery, and creation processes.

So I was pretty excited to pop one of the Terp/GOW seeds this Summer. It's definitely been one of my favorites of the 6 to watch and anticipate. (feels weird saying that because I'm excited for the discovery of them all) But it's had the second strongest nose sitting behind the Skunky D. I was really digging the tamed, uniformed vertical structure and was looking forward to seeing the yield. Would it produce tiny nugs throughout, or solid heavy yielding colas from top to bottom? Also, just like the Skunky D, the leaves have had a shimmer in the sunlight from tiny trichomes since late June early July. I'm anticipating the Moondragon and HDGOW to be nice and frosty, but they're not yet exhibiting this in veg. There's just a lot of potential with these that I was hoping for so I'm a little bummed I won't see flowers this year from the Terp/GOW. But considering my Summer Crush with it so far, and limited seeds, I'm most likely going to collect some pollen.
As far as other seeds, I did find a tiny stash I used to store. I've done a lot of single branch pollinations with multiple males to one female. Every once in awhile while trimming, I'd find a rouge seed, or seeds on a branch that wasn't pollinated and labeled. It obviously got pollinated by one of the Dad's used on one of the other branches, but because I didn't know who the dad was, I threw them off to the side and labeled them as the female used x Mystery. (As seen in the pic below) Most of these have less than 5 seeds but there's a couple that have around 10-12. I also found an unopened pack of Ghost Train Haze #1 in the pocket of this container.
Also, I don't know if you remember Smithjunk, but I found a USPS box in my gun safe. I remember it being mailed back to me because he never picked it up soon enough from his PO Box. I've recently opened it up and I have a pack from just about everything I made up to God O War. The only thing I know I'm missing is any seeds of Charastar. I certainly wouldn't mind finding any seeds of those at some point.
My holy grail find would come from @Deebs. They would be seeds from where I left off on my main project with my old verified cuts. I don't have anything from those cuts. I didn't have nearly enough time with them before I shut down, and I no longer have any means to keep cuts. I just don't recall if I got around to making seeds with them or not. If I did, he'd have them. He's going to check on it for me when he has some time to look through the stash. My fingers and toes are crossed. It would be a godsend if he found any.

Update: They're up to wanting three gallons per day. Once per week I've been giving them some recharge and spraying them down with Neem oil. They're just trucking right along.

Brother, I think I just sent out a pack of Moon Dragon in one of the POTM packages yesterday. If @Deebs can’t find any I’ll hit up both of the package recipients, perhaps the person that got it would trade for a different pack.
@Jewels is the last person I remember running Charastar so he may have some left.
These are what I found left so far of GK sealed packs. I will send them to you. I have a few I’m keeping, including the only pack I have left of Spyralout, this one meant a lot to me although I haven’t had a chance to grow it (yet). I’m waiting until I’m back in better health, hopefully by next season if things go well. I have a bunch of opened GOW from that big pHenohunt I did a few years back and several other strains that are open if you’re interested. No need to reach out to the POTM recipients. I have plenty of loose seeds to play with regarding my personal side projects. You can also keep those packs brother. I have sealed packs from the package I had sent to SmithJunk which included Ground Pounder, Citrol Sledgehammer, GOW, etc.
Deebs is checking on something more specific for me. If you remember, I was working with verified cuts of '91 Super Silver Haze, SKVA, Josh D, and KK Strawberry Cough. The plan was to pollinate them with a selected Zamal male. I still have some Zamal seeds but nothing from those original cuts. I don't recall how far I got with those. i.e. If I got around to pollinating them. If I did, he'd have them. When looking back in my journal at the timeline of events, I'm thinking there's a strong chance I hadn't pollinated them with Zamal yet. It appears I was still in the selection process hunting through Zamal. I'm keeping my fingers crossed anyway JIC. There is however a stronger chance I pollinated them with either Moon Dragon, Terp/GOW, or Skunky D considering I found what I believed to be exceptional males from a previous hunt. While those seeds wouldn't be pure like my main project was meant to be, it is the closest way for me to get my hands back on those genetics. I could then eventually use my Zamal seeds to finish what I started. Albiet a watered down version of what I had originally planned so to speak.
While I certainly appreciate your willingness to help, I sent Deebs the entire stock. So he has everything in hand. (Charastar, Himalayan Moontang, etc.) It's the SSH, SKVA, Josh D, and SC that would be a personal, holy grail find for me. If it doesn't work out, I currently have plenty of seeds to keep me entertained for many Summers considering I'm only planning to grow 6 plants a year.
Ok ya, I remember now you were starting to work w those cuts. I especially remember the SSH and Strawberry Cough cuz they were Haze and you know my affinity for Haze.
