Same stuff daily these days. At least ninety minutes of some combination of yoga, Pilates, stationary bike, bag work, HIIT, and strength training. Three days per week I run. My runs are five, eight, and twelve miles. The other four days I walk at a four and a half miles per hour pace for sixty minutes. Besides that, I cook food, do typical chores, and that’s about it currently. Itching to buy a house and have housework and whatnot to do. Also, can’t wait to be able to go mountain biking and trail running.
