Curious what this diet is called? The Swanson?
Can you show me where the broccoli touched you @LG/ ?

Haha no offense taken! For the record, I'm 6' 200. Best shape of my life strength wise, and cardio (more so at the end of summer).
The Ron Swanson fits. Or caveman diet, whole food diet, ect. Then add whole grains, rice ect. I still count ground meats as ok in whole foods diet. I think, what did people eat for tens of thousands of years... problem is now availability is too high. Don't have to work for it at all.
I've been lifting hard and gaining purposefully for awhile. It's just time to cut.
Back to the vegetables. I'm not a fan. Overrated filler imo. Low calorie but just don't do much for me. And nutrient wise, not as much as you'd think... also if I have to add butter or oil, sort of defeats the purpose. Onions, peppers and potatoes I like. Broccoli is ok, but not good lol.
Right now I'm just working on portions and still eating what I want. Just less often and less of it.
I won't show you where the broccoli hurt me. It's not appropriate for the public to see lol

Sort of both weight and body fat %. I'd like to get around 15-18% body fat. I'm probably around 25% body fat now. I think 175 lbs would be a good place to be with the moderate muscle I have.
This was a quick calculation, estimated from bmi.
