OMG! Awesome bbq joint we found. They have 3 smokers that are bigger than full sized trucks! Dude had 18 briskets in rotation.

Pigged out for dinner
Pulled pork
Smoked sausage
Smoked beans
Potato salad
Brisket burnt ends

Cooked on the Breeo tonight with my son. There is ketchup on my dog because he assembled it, and as long as hes making me food it all tastes good. I put Lizano and leftover bacon on my chicken finger in a hot dog role and it was awesome lol

LOL What kind of TV are you letting that kid watch ??? The youngest LOVES Ketchup on....Almost everything. Chicken Nuggets ? Hot Dogs ? Actual Sausages ? Ketchup.... I don't say anything to her about it, because, it's rude, but inside I scream a little LOL. Guess it's better than if she was an adult and said "Oh this is my favorite strain! It's a Runtz Cookies cross!" haha.

I did get the oldest to sniff some Limburger at the grocery store sometime in the last week or so LOL.

Feta cheese (legit Greek feta) has a particular smell and Bleu cheese looks nasty but is oh so good!

I can't wait to leave for home Monday am. Pulling that frozen packer brisket out. Plan on smoking her over the weekend.

I've eaten Head Cheese when I spent a year in Quebec. Not gonna lie man it's really not bad. I don't know if I have ever had proper Feta Cheese before....

Legit Greek feta is absolutely awesome!!! Bleu cheese crumbles is great, but I dont like looking at the mold while I'm eating it. Heading to tarpon springs (greek town) one last time. Let's see of I can mess with them a bit. I speak a little greek. They thought I was crazy last yr when I ordered in greek. So the waitress started speaking only in greek to me. I was lost.

This is legit greektown down here. Established in the 1880's by Greek immigrants.

It's hot as fawk down here. 90* 90%rh at 9am. And it's not even summer yet down here. They are always posting hurricane readiness clips everywhere.
LOTS and LOTS of homeless down here.

I'm coming back with a super tan! Clearwater beach had some issues the days between we went. A waterspout hurt a few ppl, and a tsunami type of waves the next. 5' over the norm. We went the day after and the waves were super intense. I've never seen it like that before.
