Believe it or not, we're still 10/10 *live* Colombian Blacks!
(The Afghans are still moving along fine and dandy as well.)
The 2 dampened off CB seedlings are noticeably smaller, with their strangled stems, but they persevere.
I had fleeting thoughts of taking "clones" of these seedlings (snipping them at healthy stem point, and replanting) to give them a "better chance", but then reminded myself how much better they do with less intervention sometimes.
Pigs stuff should be coming down soonish, and I just wanna start more!
My samples are nowhere near perfect...As a matter of fact, I'll guarantee they're the most stress tested I've seen here!
They've battled through Mites, Mildew, Gnats, Drought, Flood, Root Algae, 6oz containers, 1k HPS @ 1ft away, etc...
I'd show pics, but I don't wanna give you big bad gardeners nightmares
Despite their hardships, I've seen no obvious nanners yet, and they've got real interesting mixes of sweet and savory / funky scents. They're still relatively frosty, and still wanna go purple / black- PIB and Sweet Sow particularly.
My Hog Jams stayed more green, all things considered.
Space Pigs were all male so far.
Obviously, everyone else's plants will turn out much better than my first round, but, like I say, that's why I can't wait to pop what I have left of mine....
Somewhere between the Garlic Breath testers...And the First 48 stuff....and My chucks....and more new stuff...and more...and more...and...
...I may have a seed problem...or a weed problem...or a never-having-enough-of-either kinda problem...
Alright, that's about enough outta me.
Nighty night!
