I'm pretty sure I'm going to pop some of those Blue Power BX2, probably Italian Cookies, Black Light Bubba and maybe Khem Kardashian, I have to decide what else I'm going to run in Phase Two of The Ranch #TRP2

What's the hottest new fucking hype I should consider, I'm not even sure what's in style right now? Purple? Yeah, purple is always in style.
I'm willing to order some cuts from someone reputable. I screwed up last time and ended up with two-spotted mites. Any hot tips on the comers?

Nothing more life affirming than deciding not to die.
Good show 'Ferno.

Hey,
I used the search feature and found you were the only person to mention ' Jean Guy'
You guys still frends ?
Hiya, @Jewels! I agree, not dying is the best!
I know of some Jean Guy fem beans a few blocks from where I'm sitting right now, I could verbally wrestle those away from dude if I had to, otherwise Jean and I are not too close. Great strain, solid old school flavor characteristcs with an s-tier kick, and big yields. She takes a bit of time to finish, but otherwise she's hard to beat.

Thanks everyone, I missed y'all but real life got real for a while. I had a bit of a rough patch, seems last winter nearly killed me but, thanks to modern medicine, I'm basically okay now.
Modern medicine. Funny thing ... it was hillbilly medicine that nearly killed me over a decade ago before some new doc with keen deduction skills decided they better ship me off to anywhere else. Thankfully, the new docs with their city skills got to me with 24 hours to spare, according to Dr Knife and his boss Priscilla.

So the good news for you is survival, just behind us cool cats still remembering you. :)

The bad news, is you missed my ABBA phase in the music thread, I think.

That is a damn shame, I'll admit. There's a lot to work with there. I may have caught the beginning of it.
I've been listening to a lot of Prof lately.

If you've got any more of those 3Thirteen Citrus Milf's, I've found a couple very, very purple selections....
I have a handful more, they are definitely on deck. I know a number of folks have found Citrus MILFS with good colors, many finishing strongly purple. Thank you!

Yes I’ll take two 1 as a tribute to the man himself and one for the vault so I can bring it out 30 years from now and I can tell the story to my grandkids lol
What story is that? I'm doubly interested. What happened? There's usually some drama around that particular llama.

Also, what's the cross there @Amos Otis? Spill it! Fems, regs, time to finish? Drop the deets, as they say.

Check out the last couple of pages of Meatman's journal. Same story /different details.

I had some room in the GrapeZilla project tent, so as I was 'sort of' doing an Uncle H theme, I tossed in a couple of his Wedding Pie. Those, and a Greases Pieces clone, were hit with GG#4 x Sour Grapes pollen from Hazeman. So they're regs, and as with many Brisco beans, germ tested. Only.

I think you're doing it right, as far as testing. If I ever read another post where someone cries about herms...I'll have wasted another minute of my life on the internet, no big deal.

Any plant can herm [I hear ], but it's good to know which strains are more inclined. I put a disclaimer of sorts on listings for anything that has GG#4 in it's parentage, that more or less says, 'don't grow it if you aren't willing to keep your eyeballs on it ...experienced growers know the reward is worth the risk' blah blah. I figure most people will correctly interpret that as "Don't Ask for a Refund ! "

That's really the deal, every time. Anyone who thinks otherwise needs to grow up a touch. Some purchases involve more risk than others.

The worst herms I've had were GG4 relatives, and Scott's OG from RD. I think my environment was also too hot and dry in basically every case I've had significant intersex problems. Plants that herm' in optimal conditions are rare, and as you say, any plant can herm, so I feel like anyone who blames the breeder or vendor is acting a bit childish, to be frank. Not to say those folks can't cause problems for chuckers and banks, but generally they are just huffing and puffing. (Not in the good way)

I fully respect both of your opinions and experiences... But the GG4 crosses I've grown have been exceptional across the board...

I don't think we disagree. Don't get me wrong, GG4 and crosses thereof make for killer smoke, and I've grown them with zero herms as well. But if it gets hot 90f+ and the humidity drops below 40% or so she does not seem to like it much, she also really requires good air exchange and general ventinlation, in my experience. I was making mistakes when she threw balls for me, no blame on the strain, she's just a bit more touchy than some others, not a lot more.
