3-thirteen Monkey Juice & Purple Primate

Flipped these Feb.12 so this journal will cover the finishing of this grow from seed as well as the next round from clone I'm new here & as this gets up to speed I'll post in a little better detail what I'm doing this round & what I'll be changing for the next one I have two 3x3 tents led lights e&f , scrog , royal gold basement mix 2 plants in each tent using Greenleaf nutrients megacrop

I've been using the California light works light but this winter needed the extra heat so I put in 520w. Of blurple that I'm gonna hack & convert to luminous cobs which I ordered from cob kits I'm gonna run 2 drivers either xlg200 h-ab (total 400w.) or xlg 240 h-ab (480w.) The blurple housing has large heatsinks is 19 x 19 the California light works light is a gem of a light but not for a 3x3 it would rock a 2x2 @ 200w.

The monkey juice is starting to feed so I upped the megacrop to 5g.

My clones are a bit rough around the edges but everything has rooted 3 of them I like better than the others I've put in rockwool blocks to veg a bit the rest are going to a friend that just got a spider farmer 4000 which is basicly a 480 w. quantum board I'm thinking

I've really taken a liking to the purple primate its so easy to grow just a "winner winner chicken dinner" with very good growth characteristics

The monkey juice half sister is a bit less forgiving I've gotta be a bit more on my game or she will voice her dissatisfaction & I've got 2 phenos one of which so far seems to be a heavier feeder than the other these are in generic smart pots that don't dry out at the same rate as the real ones the place I get my stuff was out of the real ones I'm taking notes to apply in my next round

Monkey juice under my Johnson cob light I've selected a pheno of each strain for the next round & I'm gonna go back to royal gold tupur for my grow medium & single plants in each tent in 3 gal. smart pots to allow a more aggressive feeding schedule & hopefully a higher yield

Looks like some Indica heavy leaves on that middle pic of the Monkey Juice. Considering its a BX1, thats a decent find in those.

It is purdy!!! I still have 5 seeds left thanks to the high rate of germination I have clones of both phenos its early yet to predict any real difference but one of them feeds heavier than the other the primates are so far virtually identical youve done good & I'm getting a lot of enjoyment out of this & if it wasn't for an upcoming trip I would of begged until my screens were full

I will definatly thin some of that stuff soon as to allow light to some of the lower bud sites
