Alright lets start with the bad news (writing this for second time after acidentally deleting so less detailed, sorry)

If you’ve sent me any chucks/crosses and would like to see them grown out before the end of the year please message me and let me know! Have a lot of strain and it’s getting a little difficult to choose what to run next and I keep pushing strains back. So please let me know if you’d like to see me run anything you’ve sent!

On that note I just dropped 6 strains

•1 Greases Pieces (GG#4 x Peanut Butter Breath) from 3Thirteen Seeds / @HydroRed
•1 LSD (Mazar-I-Sharif x Skunk #1) from Barney’s Farm
•1 Tranquil Chocolate (Elephant Tranquilizer x Chocolate Diesel) from Useful Seeds
•2 Blueberry Ice Cream x Mimosa HP from @Kold Kasiz
•2 Roasted Garlic Margy (GMO x Frozen Margy) from Cannarado

I’m bored and wishing I could smoke but I can’t so I dropped more seeds, because that makes sense. 6 more strains got dropped, had to stop myself at just 6 ?

Most of these are dead or about to meet their fate. I went 1/2 on the regs when it comes to male/female except for blackberry sugar which were 2 males and the candymac was male. Right then things went left.. The clones I received started showing some weird signs soon as I put them in soil , no clue wtf I did to piss them off if any has an clue let me know. Anyways I noticed some of the from seed plants starting to show sings on lower leaves so I stripped em, transplanted em. and put em in the 3x3 but to no avail

Alright so here are the clones in distress before I chopped em... roots shots in case that helps




A week later and they look even worse (plants from seeds)


I've nursed some plants back from near death (ask dino) but this is something else... oh well going to just start over and give my tent a real good wipe down

I clipped anything looking bad and tossed the real bad ones . Airflow was an issue I think and my temps went up a bit . Sorry can't be more helpful

Strange shit, I’m having the hardest fucking time in veg right now too. Everything is looking way more neglected than it is, and while the gelato 45 and 47 clones are looking good, a month later Chem 91 is still being fussy, yellow, and super slow going. WTF universe why you doing this to us?! Like, did we just get so complacent we all forgot how to veg? I can’t imagine so.

Sorry to hear all that AA, but flower tent is lookin real nice!!

Where did you acquire your cuts, if you don't mind the inquiry? Also, get one of the lower leaves off of the cuttings that you received and look at it under a 100x or more microscope and pray to whatever you believe in that you don't see anything. I hope it all turns out as well as possible for you. Positive vibes...

Yeah I’m not sure wtf is up, i have some theories but i’m glad i’m not suffering alone lol. Everything rooted for me except for the Alien OG but then once I put the rooted clones in soil a week later they started changing on me and then they looked like that^^^^^^ Oh well I have too many seeds I shouldn’t even be keeping cuts.

& Thanks you can see how much of a beast Fake Shake #2 is in the lst picture of the ASS S1s, it’s the tall one in the back on the left. Looking forward to it!

Got em from someone on here. I don’t want to point any fingers in their direction without checking all my boxes. pWent and look and nope nothing crawling around on any of em. I’ve been thinking a virus or mold

Checked and nope, no creepy crawlies. Mold, Virus, or nutrient/soil issue were my thoughts.

I am glad to hear that. They looked very similar to what i fought last season. Especially the curl on the inner part of the leaf and the coloration. Mine was russets. Comfirmed with 100x mag. Treated with Lost Coast and Trifecta alternated every 2 day for 3 weeks and they seemed to get knocked down enough to limp through the rest of flower. Hopefully you get what ever it is figured out.

aw dang, 60x wouldn’t work? i gotta bust out the microscope? ? IF it is mites, i am not the type to try and fight em. they give me the heebie jeebies so total eradication is in order if I spot em.

Honestly, it is not a bad option if the plants aren't irreplacable, mine were not in that category. Cut and Burn is the most effective option for complete iradication. Watch your lower buds in flower. If they start having a weird withered appearance, I would do the same there.

Yup that’s what i’ll do.

I’d also like to clarify that I do not believe the source of the problem was the cuts but the soil, so if I do have mites I believe it’s from the soil. Most cuts got roots in cups of water and then we’re placed in soil and then started going bad.

In the first picture I posted you can see the progression of whatever it is. The greener plant was placed in soil a couple days after the other two but days later looked like other two. After looking at pictures I do believe the cuts were affected by russet mites.

I feel like the quality control on these mediums has been getting worse. Not sure if its the manufacturers or the hydro shops themselves but something is up...

I'm 100% convinced my recent thrips outbreak came from my Mother Earth coco. All the plants in coco just keep having new infestations every time I uppot, everything that went into the Roots potting mix is thrip free...
