Christmas you check in, 2 pages back and shits hit the fan. The boys are right-wing fermented drinks. Your gut is out of whack. I'm trying John roses liquid fasting. Not because I'm dying to lose weight but to get my gut health back on track. My nan had crohns bad when I was a kid. Operations, shit cut out and it didn't do the poor lady justice.
After years of having stuff like it I decided to cypress Hill it... so I start after hernia op....
We spend a lifetime running around not looking after ourselves and everyone before us and die broken shells.... break the cycle and fix the gut mate. After all, who is going to post serial killer hellos to new members stopping by....certainly not me when you are the King of it. Truth be told I check in on new Members saying G'day just to see how twisted your introductions are..... you're a rare breed bo. Stick around a while

Ya fuck all the tests. I’m glad I have a job that doesn’t test. Years ago I had a job that was super nazi on shit that would random test your ass at any time for no reason. I was the cage shift manager at an Indian casino handling a 20 million dollar bank through the windows w poker chips, cash money, all kinda shit. I wasn’t driving lifts or trucks n shit. So not putting ppl in danger IYKWIM. I understand why they test for ppl in these positions but weed? Come on. I’ve worked w lift drivers who were coked or cranked TF out that hurt more ppl than anyone. One fucker ran over a girl’s foot being a fuckin douche doing donuts n shit on the lift like wtf? The guys that were stoners drove more careful and were more thoughtful of others always being courteous, honking their horns, shit like that. Why test for weed? It helps so many ppl and mellows you out, provides relief, both mentally and physically. Brings appetite for ppl that need to eat to survive. The casino owners, some 18 years old who did absolutely nothing but just sit n watch the money roll in, got 6000 dollars every 2 weeks (and this is early 2000s money). Then they’d come up and wanna cash personal checks which bounced, like wtf you doing w your money?? Ya it all went up the nose and I knew this cuz ppl talk and I could tell they were tweaked TF out. So wtf you MF testing me when you’re railing up?? Anyways I kept a little vial of “Urine Luck” in my pocket just in case to dope the urine sample if it ever came up. Saved my ass a couple times. One time it broke in my pocket when a change runner bashed me with her cart on accident lol ? luckily I had black pants on ? another time I had this unit that had fake pee in a pouch and was heated by a couple nine volt square batteries. Cuz when they test they also check for temperature. That thing saved so many ppl’s jobs including mine. When they pee test you they watch you. Super covert unit I modified it a bit for extra covertness. I’d lend it out. Then someone that I lent it to never gave it back. Taught me some things.

I've used the urine luck , but I get nervous asf hiding things/lying I know that's kinda ? goofy considering the situation. I do have it in my glove box for an unexpected random. Luckily my lady works in the office so I get a few weeks heads up.

Thank you all for your suggestions and support ?. It really makes a guy feel pretty good when he doesn't. I'm currently on a liquid low fiber diet. But will try anything to get my gut relief.

Homemade ginger ale/beer is great for gut, you can suppliment any herb or root in it.

See if you find one you like. The GT's brand is usually good but check for the raw sign. I'm about to start making kombucha, if you find one you like I'll send you a scoby and everything you need to make it for super cheap. No sense in paying $4 per if you can make a gallon for that much.

I finally got some friends over to help me downstairs. My veg is pretty much toast. But we got my new light up in the 5x5 and moved lights over to the 4x4. Deebs helped rewire the cob.

Also , decided to reuse some soil I've been sitting on. Usually just dump in the garden but hadn't ferried outside in awhile. Scooped 2 20lb bags of bu's California compost a 40lb bag of local compost and dairy cow manure , and 2 30lb. Bags of worm castings. Cup of all amendments available ?.

I've had that one, not bad. I like anything with ginger usually. Just had one myself actually. I emailed and txted the person selling the scobies but haven't heard back. I'm so ready to start making it again. Cost per gallon comes way way down and it's easy to make. Hope that it helps your gut.
