Vegging out, we have DDB on the left @macsnax Orion in the middle @Dino Party and Orange Julius F2 right @HydroRed .
I started them in coco and perlite in 8oz cups and transplanted into soil 6
days ago. They were showing a little bit of hunger just before transplant but have been moving along in their new shoes. I’m starting to see a hint of maybe mg deficiency on the OJs. I’m curious from those who have grown it, are they heavy feeders or do they tend to need extra Mg or N?

Well it wouldn’t be a grow in Chief’s Den if I didn’t go and piss the plants off in veg at some point. I overwatered and they started drooping. Also, seeing some lower chlorosis and perhaps a touch of Mg deficiency. I have some epsom that I may sneak in. I’m using dechlorinated tap mixed with a little ro to lower my ppm(250 to start) and ph (7.5 to start due to high carbonate in h2O) and a low dose of root ruckus (humic acid, kelp meal). I’m also planning to add some castings either via tea or a little top dress to hopefully give a little N bump. I’m also seeing a little temperature drop over the last week. I was running at 81F during lights on, and am now sitting at 76F.

If your feeding a higher ppm that can happen with the temp change. The plants wants to operate at a slower pace and the feed is too high. Not sure if that's what you have going, but could be.

I haven’t been using any feed in the water, just a little kelp and humic. I switched to soil this run and am trying to keep to organic inputs. I have some GH trio on hand in case I have trouble keeping up, but my goal is for the plants to get nutrients through the soil.

Oh damn I think I missed that. Idk what you have going on bud but I hope you figure it out. You're going to like the way organic grown buds taste ?

Group shot, everyone is looking a bit happier, still seeing a bit of what I think might be Mg deficiency. I did sneak in a weak dose of some GH 3 to try to pull out of the nitrogen issue, OJ on lower right is my canary in a coal mine, as she seems to be the hungriest of the bunch. I’m thinking of grabbing some blood meal to water in periodically to hopefully give me an option for a quick organic N boost.

Major improvements! Nice work chief!

Also, excellent choice in music with the Miles Davis
