As much as I hate to ruin the surprise -I can't wait three days,,,,
I would like to submit my estimation.

When people say they are going to 'top it' they don't usually mean the tent.
Ah well, it was a more simple and innocent time, waaaay back in mid-August when I looked at the couple week old seedling and thought "Naw, it's still too small to flip. I don't want to end up with some runty little thing, I'll give her another 10 days or so to veg". I was so young and stupid back then. Good thing I'm all wise and shit now.

I don't make mistakes. I merely learn from failed hypotheses (or some such similar fancy sounding bullshit ;) )

Brain hurty.

Between Jewel's generous envelope and another HD purchase, I have a wack of new stuff in the vault. There are so many things I want to try.

However, I am hoping to be moving out of the city sometime this winter. It may be February, but more likely March. Moving a garden 100+ km through an Alberta winter is not something I want to do. I have some bonsai moms and that's all I intend to transport.

Having a stash isn't a problem, there's probably better than a pound coming out of the 3x3 in the next month and the jars weren't close to empty, I just love to grow. Ungrown genes in the vault have the same pull as the next bend in the river: there are unknown wonders awaiting discovery.

I've got a few old autos somewhere. Maybe I'll pop a couple. It's nothing I haven't grown before, but I've improved since then and it's always interesting to see how much of a difference grower skill can make in the finished product. Maybe that will scratch the itch for now.

Just thinking out loud, don't mind me. :)

So I've recently expanded my Sativa selection and I was wondering if anyone has any experience to share about any of these African landraces:

Malawi Gold
Mozambiquen Poison
Swazi Gold

Of the 3 the Poison sounds like the most interesting effect to me, but I'm looking forward to trying them all.

The Neville's Haze is currently on 113f, btw. Still drinking lots. Seeing more orange hairs, there's some frost, and a stem rub gives a faint lemony odour, but there's no real bud development. I'm just going to keep topping up the hempy until I see significant development or until she stops feeding.

Thanks in advance for any info you can give on the new sativas.

Just got the first real external feedback on the SSC Purple Kush pictured above. I've never had Purple Kush before, but my friend has smoked a ton of it and he says this is like nothing like any PK he's smoked.

( I tend to consume a lot, and a lot of variety throughout a given day, so I consider external, knowledgeable feedback to be precious.)

Anyway, this is a guy with chronic pain issues, and he says that while previous PK has been heavy couchlock, this stuff is providing pain relief while not sapping his energy. He's keeping motivated, functional and with manageable pain.

This is such an amazing plant. I'm endlessly fascinated by its wondrous abilities to enhance existence and to deal with a myriad of symptoms.

I have no info for you but am hoping you can help my understanding of Neville's Haze.

You vegged for about a month maybe 1.5? You said somerhing about August?
What was you light schedule at this point?
I can recall you saying you were down to 10/14 is that so and have you dropped it further?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for reading and taking the time to comment. :)

I vegged for 26 days(Aug 3-29) from when the sprout emerged from the coco to when I changed the light schedule. IIRC, it was on about an 11/13 schedule at first and I very slowly increased the dark period.
Around day 100 I started to get annoyed and cut the light way back. It's been on about 7/17 or 8/16 since then.

Day 119F for the Neville's Haze. I really want my 2x4 tent back. Maybe someday...
