Today is day 6 since it happened and I'm still having this nagging pain down the right leg/lower back, whenever I take a step forward, and while I'm just chilling. It is much less painful than before but still really really annoying me. I think tonight I will do all of the stretches I can. I wish that I was just exaggerating so I could get out of working that job, but honestly I was really liking it. This pain though, I am not.
The best stretch I've come across from almost 10 years of yoga classes is called "legs up the wall". I do this stretch after my work day and it makes a huge difference. You want to end up in a L position with your' back on the ground and your legs are at a 90 degrees angle "up the wall". Curl your toes back for a deeper stretch. Do about 3 cycles of 3 minute stretches followed by tucking in your legs into your chest for a few seconds, gently rolling around "massaging" your back. The whole stretch should take about 10 minutes. I swear by this stretch and can feel a huge difference the next day. Morning stretching is crucial. That sun salutation or a slower version of that is amazing in the morning. Downward dog for the win. Hope you get feeling better buddy.
I hope you get that looked at. My disc issues, cause my right leg to have a numbed skin feeling all the way to the top of my foot. I have to actually look for tics when I come out of the Woods, because I won't feel them on me there.

Bro I LOVE that strain!!!! One of the earliest frost monsters I've ever seen. You ever got to smoke that one before?? She's super tasty.... like Earthy Peanut Butter, or Earthy Peanut Oil flavor, and the first strain I've ever noticed have a legit muscle relaxer effect on the body. I think you'll love it bro. I've almost smoked my whole plant lol. The Fiona's Chem Cake is fire too by the way. I've got a stash of those seeds put aside for breeding and hunting.
I did this system up hillbilly special.... Ordered the cheapest skar audio 4 gauge hookup kit I could find on amazon. I also couldn't believe the pricing on the AMPs now a days. Here's the one I grabbed, since my head unit was already pioneer and so were the speakers, I figured I'd keep it all the same....I guess it's 1,600W max 1 channel and I didn't bridge the speakers when I hooked it up.
NOPE! I biffed up my first go at CG, so now is my redemption run...but I never cloned it. I got super FOMO and had to check how many beans I have left. I have 5 somehow, so I think I'm going to start a couple more and be sure to clone em. I can already tell it's going to be some super fire. It's funny because you can catch Bluegill on a Gummy Bear haha. I caught my first Pumpkinseed ever on a Sour Patch Kid (a chunk of it anyway) on an Ice Jig a few Summers ago.
