And again, catfish are scavengers and are denoted because they have no scales for identification.
After a couple run ins with cancer I've done much study on the nasty crap people eat.

I'd go with "Opportunistic super predator" though a Flathead is in no way a scavenger; The "stink baits" people use for smaller Channel Cats and Bullheads don't generally work on them; Lures or Live bait is the usual method for Flatheads at least. But yeah a Bullhead will literally eat greens if they're hungry. My Red Tail likes Bananas LOL. The main way I identify Catfish is the anal fin since the number of rays is a lot more accurate, mostly because male Spawning Channel Cats can turn a slate blue color and become harder to identify. Food is like art though; Not everyone likes the same stuff and I'm sure plenty of my fellow Michiganders wonder what's wrong with me when I say I use Walleye, Trout and Salmon for bait haha.

Idk how but I got 5 females out of 6 beans… all are flipped and still in solos so I’m gonna up pot today before they start to preflower. All of mine are stinking to high heaven. Aromas of roadkill skunk with a hint of honey all the way to pure un describable putridity def loving these and changing my filters before they get to full flower

I'm using 20 oz cups in hydro, they are longer. They have 2.5 inches of hydroton in bottom then just pro-mix. Seems to work well. Hand watered until roots started coming out the bottom them turned on the pumps. Simple and effective so far. The roots are starting to tangle together now but everyone is starting to show sex.
