OK so depending on your options, I would suggest getting actual UK / Exodus Cheese if you can, Blue Cheese, Chocolate Cheese (Jim Dandy has that) and Hogback can set you up with Blue Cheese X Blueberry Muffin, and Blue Cheese X Mikado.
Bud production on these will normally put everything else in the garden to shame. I do have my own little Cheese cross too, but it's not only not tested, it wasn't even bred on purpose. I've got two females right now, but before I can really get anything going with that I need to run more, and do a preservation run if I can so I have more of them.
