@SSGrower , did ya build this from the real seed co or did you build the 25% larger model from bc seeds?
@macsnax built it idk where on the interwebs the plans came from.
It's 24 tall x 16 3/4 wide x 2 3/4 deep.

I bought the build list for the zig zag seed cleaner today.
Now in typical stoner fashion I'll try to flt the build into my schedule lol.

Hey Skunky,
I built a seed sorter for my biology professor friend.
He had a 1/4 acre of hemp that had pollinated, so had a lot of product that needed sorted, something like 200 lbs.
I used these plans and it worked like a treat.
DIY Seed Cleaner Aspirator from RealSeeds
If you look through the pictures of the ones that other people have built, you can see that some have added a means of adjusting the amount of draw that is in the chamber. (looks like a hole with a swing gate)
I included this in our build. What we found was that the amount of draw produced by the vacuum will vary vacuum to vacuum.
This little addition is especially helpful when running the seeds through a second of third time in an effort to sort the mature seeds from the immature ones.
It will certainly work without it, but the ability to fine tune the process is well worth the effort.

Yep, that's the one im building. I haven't decided on the throttle opening yet. Ive sen all the pics of other's idea's too.
I had to order my plexi online and it won'tbe here until tommorrow.

The only other thing I can think of that I did different than the plans, was I used a product similar to this,
Frost King 1/8-in Rubber Plumbing Pipe Wrap Insulation in the Pipe Wrap Insulation department at Lowes.com
to seal between the wood and the plexi. It may have been totally unnecessary, but I had the product and thought it might improve the operation.
