Skunk hunt!

@Psychobilly UK Cheese has been known to throw some nice skunky smells.

Oh I can imagine hehe. That one Blue Cheese seedling I had is probably the closest I've personally had. Even now I can open one of the jars and it smells not unlike a Skunk got killed and then a cat pissed on the body and then a car drove by, swerved not to run it over and some berries fell on the skunk lol.

You know, the Buckeye state isn't that far, could easily smell and taste it ?

Didn't the guy who was looking to breed a sweeter smell into skunk end up finding Cheese? I know it's a Phenotype but I think I read somewhere that the Sensi seeds pack was popped looking for sweeter Phenotypes and one of them was unlike anything else.

Ive read several different accounts. Im pretty sure like most modern strains it came from Either skunk #1, NL or a haze or all of them.

Shoreline took the pollen like a champ over the last week. She's pretty stanky too....stank ass ho! She's been soaked down along with the tent 3 times before moving her back with the other girls...Hope she's not contagious.

I feel like Skunk #1 is the most likely as the pungency seems like a good fit but yeah it's hard to say for sure. I know I've read the Sensi seeds story myself that says UK Cheese came directly from that. I didn't understand Phenotypes at all when I read it though lol. Apparently there's a specific Cheese that the real thing smells like, but I've never been to England. Pretty good reason to go though lol.

So what kind of stank is that throwing?

Shoreline and Skunky VA are chugging right along at 4 weeks in the skunk tent. Bout time to start bulking them up for the final show in a few weeks!

Skunk tent girls got their 35 day hair trim. Be the last defoliation till choppy chop time. Starting to pack on the weight!

Berry tent is moving along at 28 days. BBSC still steals the show in the smells department. Blackberry pancakes (pictured) is a tie for 2nd right now. Of course the frost is coming being Freak Genetics beans!

@Frimpong please tell me the buzz is as good as the smell of this BBSC. I know Ive said it before but I think I truly have the holy grail Pheno of the BBSC. If I held it out in front of a blindfolded person they would say they smelled crushed blackberries and sugar. I mean it's not even remotely a "chemical" type smell. Straight fruit and sugar. Amazing! @HydroRed Im thinking a male BBSC meeting your Blueberry Hashplant might be in the works next round.....

Well.....found some Nanners this morning on two of the Black & Blueberry in the berry tent. Checked for light leaks, none. Only on two of the three for now...gonna pluck them and keep my eye out but they're on multiple buds. Should I whack them?

If it was me , and it was only a couple... I'd neuter them and keep an eye ? on them for a week or two. In my experience lately, I've noticed lots of times they don't return. Kinda like clones. Mom might have shown issues but then clones are clean. Just my opinion though.

Yep I plucked them, raised the lights a little and slowed the fans down some. ?

Berry tent is bulking up nice...will be 35f tomorrow. By the look of the canopy bottom they're gonna finish pretty early. The one solo picture is the BBSC bulking up nice...She's "Freakishly" special.

Straight blackberry pie filling…no dough, no crust…straight berries and sugar. I’m not sure why I’d grow another blackberry strain after this one. ??‍♂️

Blackberry Pancakes is frosty AF at 35f. Actually all of Frim's gear is frosty AF right now.

Shoreline and Skunky VA are really starting to stink and bulk up...Shoreline has a dry hashy feel to them...not the usual sticky. One of the Skunky VA smells like a car burnout with a hint of funk to it. The Shoreline doesn't smell like much until about a minute after you touch her. Then her Skunky stench comes out on your hands and clothes, really weird.
