Snowman's Frost: My Journal
Welcome everyone to my grow journal or log of my ongoing grows. At the moment, I have quite a bit of different plants growing from various breeders in the game. It's amazing how far growing cannabis has come from back when I started to grow. Now, everything is there at the touch of a button. Back when I started, it was either you had the almighty grow bible or you knew someone who had more understanding than yourself. To be honest, I never thought I'd see the day that recreational cannabis or cultivation would become legal in the states of America....yet, here we are.
A little about myself. I am a retired warehousing worker who got lucky last year in the stock market and crypto markets. I was able to make a substantial amount of money that allowed me to retire earlier than expected and now I have all the time in the world. If you are wondering, AMC, GME & DOGE were the trades that I executed to make that money. I am a married father of 5 children ( 3 boys and 2 girls ) , with my oldest son currently serving in Kuwait.
I started growing back when I was about 17 or 18 years old. At this time, we grew the seeds out we found in our good old Mexican Brick Weed. Sometimes I would get lucky and have a friend who would give me better quality seeds or at least that's what I was told. Back then, I used to plant a handful of seeds directly in the ground. Every few days or once a week or so, I'd drive up to the location and make the 2 mile hike to the location I planted them in. It worked great for many years...until the day my crop was found and stolen. Once that day happened, I needed to rethink my choices. I live in a very isolated area, so my next plan was to hide them in plain site. I mainly grew them behind the garden in-between the fence and back row of plants. This worked but seemed to affect them as they weren't getting the light they needed. My how the times have changed.
This is a little introduction to my journal and a little about myself. Glad to be apart of the community and I am looking forward to showing my grow and following some of yours.
