and back in day, the Jorge and Rosenthal books taught me evrythng I needed to know to get started as well.... that was before I even got involved with using the internet , been some mileage thru the years ~ learning from mistakes is evrythng ,and still learning all the time....any1 who says they know it all....doesnt, so many styles...its awesome man
That is the way i learned as well (with books). The funny thing is you won't be able to develop your on style with just one book. I think my grow style gets a small piece from every book i have read. The internet was around when i first started growing but very young. It seemed like there was a lot of BAD information on there as well when researching a subject making it difficult for new growers to navigate. When asked these days i recommend growweedeasy.com to new growers it has some good basic information and is a good place to start. If one were to study that site well and then come to a forum like this could shave years off of the learning curve.

Honestly I consider myself more of a smoker than a grower. I learned out of necessity. I didn't read any books. But the farm has a really nice grow faq that I used tirelessly. Also picking things up from guys I followed and admired. I let the plants pretty much do what they want with occasional topping, fimming and bending. Using Botanicare and now Meigs . I'm branching out this next round. Going to try the supersoil route. Wish me luck hehe

only thing here to focus on is the canopy level , prop up evrythng to same height as they run, and keep taller ones around the perimeter like u have , another great tip is turn em all 180 evryday, other than that, ur on it man ~ those 2 lil tips will serve u rite evry time...lil tricks in a closet

The shortys might be moved back to the veg room for bloom in a week or two & keep the taller ones in that space to bush out. I dont like having em packed in so tight, 5 per light is my normal rule. Money is getting a little tight tho too, damn beer virus... TOOK ER JERBS! and made finding jobs kinda hard too...

Spring cant be that far off when these mfs start popping up in the lawn. Look at them diggers & teefs! 2nd kill in 3 days on the same trap. It was weird tho, it was dead in front of the still set trap today, when I reached a little deeper into the hole, I felt it. Yesterday this trap sprung but no catch so either he caught a whack on the head as the trap shut & got himself a deadly brain injury orrrrr my neighbor is using poison. As long as they're dead or not tearing up my grass I dont care... anyone hungry?
