We do but as you mentioned it's mostly just major cities and then randomly places with big Turkish/Lebanese/Middle Eastern immigrant populations. That’s what I was wondering; do you have this kind of Turkish food in the US? In the big cities I wouldn’t be surprised tho.
@Ramjet159 lol yeah can’t eat this stuff without that sauce!
That’s good to know! One of my dream would be to have a few food trucks travelling across smaller towns etc in the US, selling less known European food specialities (mostly French, Belgian, Italian) and other stuffs like that.We do but as you mentioned it's mostly just major cities and then randomly places with big Turkish/Lebanese/Middle Eastern immigrant populations.
So unfortunately, nowhere near me lol. But I know some spots if I'm willing to drive an hour.

I caught one 3lb wild steelhead, released. A really average size for them. She was a lively lass and managed to wriggle to freedom before we could snap the pic. The float down the river was fantastic. Such beautiful scenery. The fellas at the weir said they had a 20 lb hatchery steelhead in the trap that morning. All in all it was a great day.I hear crickets ? …………………
Excellent ?. Glad to hear . That’s the beauty of fishing , both the scenery and setting a bait ???I caught one 3lb wild steelhead, released. A really average size for them. I have questions lol. When it says fish sauce is that the Prahok or is it like Thai style fish sauce? Also what is the byeng? I think I recall that word from the other recipe but I'm not recalling what it referred too. Also, at the end it looks like it says gee, is it safe to assume that's the cilantro? Some chicken soup with lime
