Lunch. Have this everyday at some point. Steel cut oats, water, banana, blueberries, chia seeds, ground flax, Ceylon cinnamon, and some 0% fat Greek yogurt. Some days I’ll throw some honey or maple syrup and an apple in there if I’m feeling crazy. Have it with a shake of carrot juice, apple juice, aloe Vera juice, glucosamine, collagen, chlorella, and spirulina. Tasty stuff. Oatmeal trick is slicing the banana thin and then mixing it in as soon as the oatmeal comes out of the microwave, so they kind of melt into it. 18EA1047-CC57-4ACB-88B6-C292F9C0DDA4.jpeg

Ate some weed and have the munchies. Running to the store and then I’m going to make sandwiches. Caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, sautéed red and yellow peppers, sauerkraut, diced fresh red onions, Muenster cheese, and tzatziki on a toasted bun. Probably throw tomato and avocado on there too. I’ll throw a pic up after I make it.

I once read an exchange between two chefs in the comments of an Instagram post, in which they were talking about bacon marinated in Laphroaig.

Am still committed to give it a go, it's just that I rarely have bacon, and when I do, there's never a bottle of Laphroaig open.

May just have to force it into reality...
