Lunch. Have this everyday at some point. Steel cut oats, water, banana, blueberries, chia seeds, ground flax, Ceylon cinnamon, and some 0% fat Greek yogurt. Some days I’ll throw some honey or maple syrup and an apple in there if I’m feeling crazy. Have it with a shake of carrot juice, apple juice, aloe Vera juice, glucosamine, collagen, chlorella, and spirulina. Tasty stuff. Oatmeal trick is slicing the banana thin and then mixing it in as soon as the oatmeal comes out of the microwave, so they kind of melt into it.
