No, but I have buyers remorse buying the ninja foodie pro set. It has a cast iron inlay that is easily scratched. The hexclad is safe with metal utensils. Plus if hexclad is used on hells kitchen, it must be a quality pan. Don't get me wrong, the ninja set I have is excellent for the home cook, but as a chef, I'm kinda hard on my pans.
This is why i use all cast iron and carbon steel. Its cheap, like me. Unless you decide you need something like Smithey or Stargazer lol. That shits crazy.

Used a technique from the Roy Choi Book tonight for fried ribs. 1 hour braise then chilled, then seasoned flour and fried crispy, quickly. I then tossed em in some baby rays. Wasn’t sure how it would come out, but it was really good. The ribs stayed crispy under the sauce but weren’t tough. I also tried to make lobster Mac for the first time and it came out real yummy. I used goat and Gouda cheese. The corn sticks came out banging too, buttermilk cornbread with jalapeño. Bush’s made the beans

Pork gyro from a local place that does them kebab style, with the fries on the wrap and this sauce they call Fat Sauce in addition to the tzatziki... 20230315_201047.jpg

I know, i know @spyralout I just said I was cutting back on take out less than 48 hours ago but this was calling to me all day. I virtually woke up thinking about this gyro.
